It may be worse than that, according to the link in that Twitter conversation the general definition of sexual assault would require that Monica had told or indicated Vic she was uncomfortable with the kiss, the actions that require specific clear consent are sexual contact like grabbing her ass or tits.

According to Monica's own words Vic did nothing that could be considered sexual harassment. That is how bad the thing is.
Goes to show how she literally knows nothing about actual sexual harassment and or assault and what it actually entails because it never happened to her and she's a filthy, lying cumstain.

UPDATE: After seeing the pictures of his panel with Vic Mignogna and Mari Iijima at Tekkoshocon in 2007, voice actor Brett Weaver had this to say,

Please tell me he is getting flamed hard for this.

The thing I found funny was how that thread basically shows that even taking Monica words as truth, her Affidavit doesn't prove Vic committed any sexual harassment, let alone sexual assault.

Even discounting how Stan called her Affidavit a lie, the affidavit, even if it was true, is worthless.
I am pretty sure that at least the guy I quoted has not bothered to look at any primary sources, he's just repeating what other people are saying. I also saw him mentioning that he wrote a blog about it so don't be surprised when/if starts trying to drive traffic there.

I have not seen a single person supporting them that seems to be acting in good faith. These are just plain out bad people.

God I miss Toye being in the spotlight. At least he was unintentionally funny. The current band of twitter people are just boring and I don't know how Nick does it. I guess Akiva is my second favorite KV because of the exceptionalism he performed trying to take over the farms. The chum squad just does not live up to the legends.

Anyways, I really hope the TCPAs fail just to see them still believe Vic has no case. I mean Ty already lost it 50 times over. Guess it'll be another 50 in the coming months.

You see that "clear and specific evidence" there? The Supreme Court has defined that. It doesn't mean beyond a reasonable doubt. It means to lay out a set of facts that reasonably confirm your claim.

The reason someone might make this understandable mistake is there actually is a heightened burden of proof called "clear and convincing evidence" that is, in fact, higher than the preponderance standard usually used in civil cases.

"Clear and specific" is something akin to the usual standard of evidence in a summary judgment motion, i.e. some evidence, more than a mere scintilla that, if believed, would establish a material fact in the case. It is the smallest quantum of significant evidence.

However, the first time this issue came up, months ago and perhaps even before the suit was filed, this was discussed in detail and these incompetent lawyers have no excuse for continuing to make the same "mistake." In fact, I don't even think it's a mistake at this point. They're deliberately lying about the law because they think you're stupid enough to believe their lies.

There was literally a Law twit yesterday trying to say that it's human nature to be biased and that we shouldn't criticize or challenge their bias because of that.

That somehow, flawed human nature entitles them to keep spreading false information and refusing correction

It's also human nature to want to call out scummy, disgusting liars. Checkmate atheists.

I honestly don't believe Vic kissed Monica or threw her on the bed at all. His stories deny it happened, he always considered her a friend, not a lover, and Stan doesn't remember anything like what Monica described, not even a consensual encounter he interrupted. She made it up.

Rial is a nasty ass slam pig and doesn't look remotely like any of the women Vic is known to have romantic interests in. Same with Marchi.

Read over Nyahko's story again and she claims following:

"Also bit more relevant talking to one of my friends who was friends with me at the time she pointed out that in fact I wasn't quite 16 at the time since it happened over the summer break before I turned 16. "

Summer break - Around 10–11 weeks, either from the end of May to early August, early June to Mid-August, or the end of June to the day after Labor Day in early September - depending on region and state.

Arizona: Most schools in the Phoenix area start the fall session in late July through mid-August

The only cons that could fit that season is:

Cactus Comicon September 23-24, 2006
No Vic. Does however have Greg Ayres.

Otaku University September 29-30, 2007
No Vic

AnimeLand TuCon July 31 - August 2, 2009
No Vic

Checked the 2008 cons as well. There is no Vic in that time-frame. There is one con who has no guests listed.

Anime TuCon July 12-13, 2008
If you go to Vic's con list; he has according to that, not attended this con in 2008

So not only is her YEAR wrong, but if t'is was the season. As her friend has claimed, supported, and her brain remembers. Then there's no Vic. There is no Vic in Arizona during that time-frame. He was there in January 2009. Not even close to Summer-break. If this happened to her, which I highly doubt, it was not Vic who did it, because he was not there!

(if anyone is confused about my Jan 2009 comment, it is because Vic had given her and her friend a CD of his bible-readings, it was not copyrighted nor produced until mid -2008. Other sources cite him wanting to 'record it over the summer of 2008'. Therefore they could not received it unless they got it at a later date. The first later date that fit with Vic being present in the state of Arizona was Jan 2009 at Cactus con)

I believe this is another case of astral RaPez-bAd-T0uCh by dreams.

She doesn't even look uncomfortable, she looks like she's about to burst into laughter. But how unsurprising they took an awkward looking snapshot from an odd angle in the middle of a video where she's SUPER HAPPY and made up a fake story. Just keep sinking your credibility, guys.

To be fair, that was coming from people who don't know what it looks like when a girl wants to be near them. (ManJaw included.) Can't expect them to properly recognize it happening when they have no frame of reference.

He admitted to propositioning the twins, he admitted to hiring a hooker, he admitted to running his fingers through Jamie's hair... but he drew the line at having any interest in Monica.

Even Jamie, who Vic also says he doesn't find sexually attractive, got part of her story validated. Monica doesn't even get the "might've misunderstood" courtesy. That's gotta sting.

I would have guessed that they had a fuckbuddy thing going (back before the wall hit her) and she was pissed he never took it further...thus Ron and her idea of 'payback' for shunning her. But it's even funnier to think he wouldn't EVEN do her.

This is probably the most mature response anyone on KV has made in regard to be called out for being full of shit.

...you even think Rial got raped as a teenager?

I don't think that'll ever be able to be proven or disproven at this point, but you got me thinking about that possibility.

Part of that answer is going to be was it rape as defined in the year it happened or rape as defined by todays sjws. Meaning "looking back 45 years ago, I wasn't really that into him and regret fucking the guy. Ergo, I was raped".

Most sane men have women who they want as friends but don't want to bang. Besides that being normal human interaction, it's useful having them around to get a female perspective on things without risking awkwardness outside your friend circle. Things like, "should I ask X out on a date?" or "do you think these pants make me look gay?" or "am I too touchy-feely with my female fans? Should I back off, or am I OK?"

On the other hand, sometimes those female friends stab you in the back without warning after 20 years. So, not always worth it.

For the benefit of the young whippersnappers here...

Back in the old days, we had PLENTY of buyers remorse cases masquerading as "he raped me" going around. Up hill. Both ways. The difference is that they didn't have a made to order stage to give their performance on.. AKA the internet. And most guys had enough presence of penis to avoid them once word got around. The real plus was that most of these types weren't stupid enough to actually try bullshitting the cops. If they were, we'd have seen present levels of false charges filed back then.

I would attribute that last part to false bravado from all the wins MeToo has been scoring publicly.

It emboldened the liars because they see that all it takes is an accusation and they don't see any proof needed.

The person that made false allegations against me went on to do the same thing to several other people, and only finally got in serious shit when the last person nearly succeeded in minecrafting themself.

We are in believe all predators culture, and have been for nearly a decade

Abso-fucking-lutely not. Looking at her be so casual and lukewarm about her supposed assault leads me to believe that she had in fact never experienced actual terror before in the face of the man she claims is responsible for inflicting a horrible traumatic experience on her. Most women (and even men) are changed significantly after something like that to the point where they need counseling to come to terms with what happened, recognize that it wasn't their fault and begin the healing process to accept that it happened and move on with their lives. It becomes a scar that haunts you forever, creeping up on you in unexpected ways or times. You could be with a lover and about to have sex and then those ugly memories rear it's head and suddenly a moment that was supposed to be intimate and tender turns into a bittersweet counseling session. You could be at the movies with friends and see a scene in a movie where a girl is violently assaulted and suddenly where you were laughing before, you get up and run sobbing out of the theater in a fit of panic and tears and it feels like you're about to vomit. Take it from me, an actual victim. That woman has never been sexually assaulted in her life.

  1. Monica claims she "went along with it". No actual victim ever goes along with it. They are forced and usually they are kicking and screaming, crying and wondering why this is happening to them and for someone to help them. This isn't a fucking hentai anime where if a guy gropes a woman, she just stands there. Normal women slap the hand away and act disgusted as they should.
  2. The trauma of those events makes actual victims incredibly wary of their surroundings and who they are with. If there's even a whiff of danger in the air, then we turn right the fuck around and leave. To this day, I still hate being out alone at night. The thought makes me almost panic at the possibility at what could happen.
  3. Actual victims have to go through even more traumatic experiences even long after the rape or assault. They have to deal with what happened to them and in the case of actual rape victims, they need to go into a hospital and basically have a swab stuck up their vagina to test for any DNA. It's how the police are able to catch rapists, by identifying the DNA and matching it with someone. They are called rapekits and they have to go into labs to be tested and the like. Even after that, they have to go to a court, they have to face their rapists/assaulters (IF THEY ARE EVEN CAUGHT), they have to get counseling, etc etc. Every day we are hit with constant reminders that we were victimized and that we'll never be able to be normal again.
  4. For some, the trauma and terror is more palpable than others. We all deal with trauma in different ways. Some of us are able to go on and lead somewhat functioning lives. Some of us get so messed up, that just being alone in a room with the opposite gender sends us into a fit of madness. Some of us take meds, some of us get counseling. If there's one consistent thing I've seen is that no one is ever lukewarm about what happened and it's something we treat as a very serious matter that should never be made light of.
I hope my points have come across clear. I know what a rapist/pedophile/sexual assaulter looks like and I know what a victim looks like. Vic is not a predator and Monica is not a victim.

Since things have somehow actually managed to slow down for a change, here's another story from Erica. This one is more sweet than scandalous. Good to know there are other VAs that are all about their fans.

I've had some similarly interesting alterations to travel arrangements in the past to get to where I needed to be. Sometimes the journey to get there makes the destination all that much more worthwhile.

Monica pushed it too far by claiming 'I fought last time and it didn't go well'. That completely rules out things like 'I changed my mind later', blackout drunkenness, and other things that might be able to excuse a revisionist history or lukewarm response. Monica's description indicates violent force, but her reaction doesn't. Nor does her history. And the other things you say. Even without getting tl;dr, you can tell any negative interaction in her past wasn't violent, but she had to go and say it was. Therefore she's making that up, like everything else.
