While he is defending himself from a lawsuit using the defense "the plantiff is well known because he does voice acting and goes to conventions"? Its always some random sped coming forward and speaking about how the person should have felt.

To the best of my knowledge, the girl in question is still in Vics fanclub. Not 100% sure on her identity though, and not naming her unless she wants to come forward about it. Ok hope I did this right, here is someone arguing how Monica said she was sexually harassed in her Affidavit, another person asking for citations to prove that and the guy who claimed sexual assault proving that according to his definition Monica technically didn't describe sexual assault.

As is customary the guy decided not to continue the discussion when he realized he was wrong.

Concerning one of the Park brothers, I took pictures of him trying to convince someone that enthusiastic consent laws existed in Texas. The person was able to demonstrate otherwise, at which point he tried to suggest the same of Colorado. When it came to Texas, he quoted a segment of the statute but concealed how consent was defined or something of the sort-- definitely concealed what was deemed sexual assault.

I can attest to these guys trying to swing their J.D. around to cow people into agreeing with them, and if this is how they cite case law, then I doubt their lawyer abilities for sure. This is part of what makes the Threadnaught spreadsheet absolutely worthless-- it can't account for how poorly they interpret statutes and case law.

I've found the easiest ways to get KV orbiters to either stop replying or clam up is to bring up two things: Chuck dismantling Monica's claims, and if Chuck is lying then so could Monica's affidavits. Kara Edwards following Vic on Twitter, not only a few years after the alleged assault, and her explanation not being "because of work" but "Hahah, thanks I didn't realize i was kinda still new to this internet thing" They have no answers for it.

I was pretty amused by a thread a friend of mine brought to my attention, where Abel lifted his mutant head long enough to spout some nonsense and promptly got BTFO'd and called out for being mentally unfit.

Just to see the queue of people lining up to defend a convicted-yet-not (because of mental illness) person, was absolutely astounding. This is what KV is built on, they are willing to defend actually convicted felons and pedophiles, while trying to attack innocent people and accuse them of the very things that they're defending.

It's sobering to watch, because knowing that these people exist without seemingly any self-awareness is scary, when you think these folks are teachers/lawyers.
