Rhys tags his nutrition coach (Paul Salter) on every Instagram post. The dude is legit, he's a registered dietitian. Editing to add: anybody can become a client, just pay him and he sends you meal plans. There's a zero percent chance he's ever met Rhys in person.I've known a couple of total wannabes who talked about their personal sports nutritionists. Inevitably upon further discussion, it's revealed that this means "I buy protein powders from an MLM scammer who hypes me up on the super special proprietary snake oil blend they contain."
Given his habit of exaggerating, I doubt this is far from the truth. In case you didn't know (or for non-Americans), becoming a "dietician" requires certification and qualifications. Becoming a "nutritionist" requires...calling yourself one. There's no regulation, and they can make recommendations based on anything they like.
It's also possible there's some other scam going on here, like Rhys calling a significant other or friend his "nutritionist" so that he can claim he needs a +1 at his events.
