Well since they're remaking Top Gun, we may get those delightful, microwaved-for-three-hours-straight Bob takes on it. I'd expect the same tone he had when he talked about Mission Impossible, whining about he doesn't get it, how it's not Mahvel, and some lazy unfunny Tom Cruise jokes, but in this case we'll also get some sperging about conservatives, jingoism, and the Reagan era. If we're really lucking he'll give his own pitch for the reboot that involves drone pilots bombing right wing secessionists in Texas.

There is unmined hilarity in Bob's pitches. I would totally watch a YouTube channel attempt to execute them, possibly with a commentary track from the participants

Your daily dose of automation sperging.

Whenever Robert gets going about automation, it just reinforces for me that he's got AT BEST about a seventh grade understanding of politics, economics, sociology and psychology, and a complete inability or desire to empathize or identify with anyone else.

He implies that he foresees huge chunks of the population either pursuing creative endeavors (I.e. advanced like Bob) or enjoying their leisure and failing to understand that loads and loads of people derive their self worth from doing something and aren't wired for the "highbrow" creative pursuits. Advocating for these people to suddenly have nothing with which to fill their day is essentially advocating for the inevitable civil unrest that follows

Utterly oblivious, and stupid to boot. What's funny is he almost seems to adhere to the idea of 'a rising tide lifts all boats' except he wants to shoot holes in the hulls of those people he hates.

And a lesson in finances.

And then you're gonna be poor like Nicolas Cage was. Except you won't have his fallback of 'star in movies until I pay my way out of debt'.

Aimee Terese is a far leftist but she’s...not wrong. The garbage Cracked writer dude is the opposite side of the same coin as Andy. Only, Cody Johnston’s propaganda is acceptable because he supports antifa.

Yes, you have to be an idiot to not see the antifa vs proud boy clown show is a distraction and idiot blue checks are trying to exploit it for their patreons and viral tweets/impressions.

There’s a strong undercurrent of leftists that really despise the blue check/teen vogue/podcast leftists who are only in it to make money and wear the shroud of leftism for show.

Holy shit, is he really saying that he isn't a normal person? And that he has never and will never be one:story:

Bob, relying on strangers giving you cash via the internet and your brother letting you sleep in the basement does not make you superior to an average person in any way. Its actually pretty fucking sad for someone your age.

He's absolutely right that he's not a normal person. What he is absolutely wrong about is that this means he's better than normal people. At least the dude answering calls for minimum wage will probably be having more sex than Bob and will definitely have more friends.

Y’all remember when Bob did his smug dance when Sony made a licensing deal with Marvel Studios to put Spider-Man in the MCU?

Well this apparently happened.

Any franchise escaping from the grubby, bubonic plague infected paws of the all consuming near complete entertainment monopoly that is der mouse is a good thing in my book.

it's fair to say at least one of these statements is a lie - either he's really a shortarse, his weight is really closer to 360 lbs than 260, or he has no muscle mass whatsoever
He's at least as tall as he claims.

Top pic taken in 2013. I assume the bottom one was taken around the same time as I can't imagine that Anita would want to come in contact with Bobbyboi more than once no matter how far away he hovers that hand.

I also wanted to include this one just because it strikes me as funny but I don't know what it is. I think it's the nice mixture of the way both their postures are kinda slouched, Bob's got this weird off center lean to him, and how his head and the top of his shoulders fade into the black stage like it's a bad composite. Plus he's got these weird marks at the base of his sport coat that I like to imagine he ate a nutty bar during the presentation, thought he licked off all the residue and inadvertently wiped off the rest when he straightened his jacket.
If Bob's under 6'2" then Anita's gotta be 4'8"-4'10" tops. I'd even be willing to buy the 260lbs. The bench of 310 not a chance. What makes matters even worse/confusing is that he posted this, which I missed the first AND second time.

I suppose the takeaway from this is that Bob is always lying and it's still not overcompensating when he used to engage in self-improvement.

I don't know Doc. Sony does not have a good track record of anything movie wise. This might just hasten their demise and leave us only with Walt's Wrath.

It is possible to argue in favor of automation in many ways. But I'm not here to make Bob's argument for him.

What I will say though is that Bob's utopian vision of the obsolete learning new "21st century" skills is that it was already tried. Remember the #Learn2Code from the start of the year? Suddenly coding was beneath the people who espoused that idea.

Then there's the woke game devs that either failed, quit, or both when they discovered that making games isn't all Starbucks and TED talks.

I don't want to powerlevel, but I'm 6'3 or 6'4 and at my fattest I was 230-240 pounds. I'm not like that anymore, but when I was like that I didn't look like Bob does. I always had only one chin and I never lost sight of my penis. I don't know if my experience is relevant, because everybody's body is different, but I gotta call shit on Bob's claim on his weight. Also this attachment doesn't help.
