"Tumbling Down" would imply that he's gotten high up in the first place, he never really made it ever. He puts in an OK effort, but I don't even think he could ever have been considered a "professional" streamer or fighting game player - as he could never sustainably make a living off either. In both of those areas - he is less successful than DarkSidePhil, which is awful.

His anger is a huge deal, as well. Even if he was a successful streamer - all it takes to derail a career and lose it all is a few seconds of real anger. PewDiePie is hounded as racist to this day because he lost his shit for 10 seconds and called someone who killed him in PUBG a "stupid nigger", plus hundreds of other examples.

In Fighting Games (or really any type of competitive activity) there is a huge meta game around trying to make your opponent mad so they make mistakes and take unnecessary risks - which usually is hard to do. There's a reason that a lot of successful FGC players are stoic, stonefaced, asian dudes - they're one step away from robots. For LTG though, it's really easy to do and it is constantly exploited against him.

i cant talk about his success as a streamer, but as a fighting game player he's a nobody.
the only reason anybody even knows his name is because of him acting like a complete buffoon online and going out of his way to antagonize other players. in terms of actual competition though, he is nothing. as far as i'm aware he never ever got any results at any event he entered, just another one of a thousand random nobodies who drown in pools each year.

this guys entire online presence and reputation is based 100% on his social media drama, 0% on his fighting game skills.

His reputation as a streamer is very similar to his reputation in the FGC - he's primarily known for his antics/drama.

Strikes as someone who's going to put pressure on any child to dress properly and have correct haircut and so on in order to make maximum profit, while everything else is going to come in second and get neglected in the long run. Fear child abuse isn't far off either.

Yeah that's the crap the education system always feeds kids I remember when leaving Elementary school they HAMMERED that into our heads that we're all unique and special. People say you usually get that heavy dose of reality around college but to me it should be taught at least mid to late high school where it either takes someone going upside your head to bring you down to reality or someone to tell you how the world actually doesn't revolve around you. It's clear that Dale as well as Phil seemed to have firmly detached parenting to where they didn't actually teach either of them about entitlement and how it can be extremely ugly if you don't stop it at an early age.

So Dale just got his ass kicked on SFV by an Ultimate Grand Master and apparently he is a loser since he doesn't stream and still playing ranked and he is a loser that Dale should not have to play against!

When he does play him, LTG always bans him and talks down to him like he's scum. LTG always re-mods him and unbans him, but it's unbelievable how absolutely broken LTG Rocks is.

I mean, he deserves it if he keeps coming back for more. But it's unreal how little self-esteem he as when, rather than trying to stand up for himself, he just learns not to talk when he's getting a verbal lashing. It's so pathetic, it's almost disgusting.

LTG's fans in general are so deluded and insane, it's unnerving. Maybe one or two are just acting along as to not to get banned, but the rest are completely unhinged. I doubt that, given that LTG Rocks frequently backs down whenever LTG yells at him, acts submissive in chat, or responds with defeated compliance. LTG's chat also regularly abuses him. There's moments where he even insults himself in apology to save himself from getting a verbal lashing.
