this is not evidence of empowerment or even influence of feminism. men and women couldn't vote for most of history. they got it very short after all men did. women held public office or ran countries before feminism as well. also, it isn't even evidence that things are better. research shows they are less happier than ever.

That's my interpretation of feminism. And the fact that women can vote, hold a more varied array of jobs, are treated less like punching bags, and are approaching a more equitable wage does prove that.

No, we are in one of the best and actually most peaceful times in a very long time as far as human history goes. I personally like women having power. They have views that make our society stronger and more well rounded.
I often find them more logical and caring than men.
