I've read this whole thread and I've yet to see a neogash with a remotely believable clitoris. They usually don't have one like the above, but when they do, it has no hood and it's way too high up, so it just looks like a big skin tag. This is the problem most troons refuse to acknowledge about "man-made-pussy". They fixate on the external appearance when that's really not the crux of the issue. Vaginas aren't supposed to be "pretty". The more important thing is that they be clean and... structurally sound, for lack of a better word. The vagina is a self-cleaning, self-pH-regulating organ. If your vagina is healthy, doctors actually advise against man-made cleaning methods (douching), so I'd say they're pretty damn good at what they do. Also, vaginas are stretchy and self-lubricating-- they need to be to accommodate the passage of a baby. Most stink ditches can barely fit the correct dilator sizes.

The fact that neovaginas can't do those things is a huge health risk, rendering pretty much any discussion on aesthetics irrelevant. Which would you rather have, a new Porsche that doesn't run, or fifteen-year-old Ford Taurus that you can actually drive? I know which one I'd pick.

If the history of lobotomies are any indication this shit should start to die off in the next decade or two.

Edit for context : the first American lobotomy was performed in 1936 but use of the procedure experienced a dramatic spike in the 1940s to early 1950s but largely fell out of favor by the late 1950s as criticisms/doubts of it's effectiveness grew the final nail in the coffin was 1967 where a botched lobotomy resulted in a woman's death.

I can't believe it took that long, given plenty of lobotomies that went "correctly" left hollow shells unable to chew. I've read two accounts, one of a man who died eating peanuts because he forgot how to chew, and another while looking for that guy. He died choking to death on a peanut butter sandwich when the orderly "forgot" he didn't have the mental faculties to chew and could only eat purees and liquids. I assume the questionable results of lobotomy "well this is technically what you asked for" are much like non-botched srs. Setting aside the issue of "lol what vaginal mesh", you can't do that because of the risk of prolapse. To prevent prolapse, the urethral flap is sutured into a ligament near the spine, or in the case of transplants, the transplant portion is sutured into a U-shape, effectively hooking itself into the body to stay in place. Can't suture shit into silicone like that and expect to hold.

Also, silicone is not as durable as people think, things do eventually permeate through silicone, requiring replacement. Current silicone implants are designed to sit on or under muscle.

Fillers are an entirely separate class of problems. It requires a few weeks for fillers to "set" in the desired shape, throughout this period you should not be putting any pressure on the fillers. Even without dilations, the crotch moves way too much. Sitting, walking, lying on the side...

A more reasonable(?) alternative would be collagen harvested from the patient, but of course this would require repeat procedures as the body would naturally break down the injected collagen.

Putting any kind of device or implant inside someone carries a huge risk of rejection, scarring and prolapse as another kiwi mentioned. There was a big scandal in the UK recently where vaginal meshes implanted after childbirth caused women decades of pain and complications. In general the body wants to reject anything that isn’t genetically matched tissue, and even well established implants such as silicone breast implants require changing several times. It seems strange given what we’ve seen here but using the patients own tissue is a better option.

The group provides a solution/explanation for all of their problems (everything is caused by transphobia, people with autism and other mental illnesses are misdiagnosed with GD). The sense of enlightenment or elitism is pretty obvious, especially with the "activism" type stuff-- they're "woke" and everyone else is "ignorant". Participation in the group encourages reckless financial or life decisions. We've seen plenty of trannies go into debt and screw over their marriages for the sake of trooning out.
