In criminal cases, the judge's email address is only given to the lawyers. (At least in Ontario) Self represented parties have to send stuff through a third party or the judge's secretary. Crown Attorneys...well, you can find their info more easily, but they typically only accept evidence given to them by police, due to chain of custody issues. Even documentary evidence that doesn't need a witness, like stuff you get from an MLAT is attached to a government office that can provide a witness to analyze it. (From my experience)
That one's a hard no. There's a reason they have the sketch artists in there. Hell, you either need to get the judge's permission or be a member of the press to do audio recordings. If you're caught taking pictures or video, the blueshirts take your phone and wipe it or will watch you delete the photos/video. That being said, if someone who worked there hid a cam ahead of time...
