My only real experience with the term is in places like Reddit's r/moviecirclejerk, where they'll say things like "<insert new MCU movie> is pure kino!", obviously intended in a mocking tone. I can't think of a time I've seen it used where it wasn't intended as a joke.

I'll admit I'm a passing fan of Vic's but I kind of want all the terrible things to be true since the ensuing shitstorm would be hilarious. That said, at least no one was actually raped, my lulz aren't worth that.
