It looks like we only have a vague timeline for when this first supposed incident happened. After a failed career of trying to be a stripper and then posing for nude photos as "Locke Valentine," Chelsea ended up married around 2007-2009, and filed for divorce in January 2010 (it was finalized in April 2010). She has a tweet saying she'd been in Canada for a year as of December 2010 (she would move to Boston in July 2012), so she presumably emigrated with the husband from Albany, NY and was with him in Canada sometime in 2009 or early 2010 before divorcing him. She's claiming a sexual assault happened within a few months of injecting herself into the Toronto indie games community, maybe the info is out there as to when exactly she involved herself but the closest I can figure is that she was actively using the fake Zoe Quinn name as of August 2010, and we know that because she made up a fake birthday of August 13th because it happened to be on a Friday that year. A tweet about working on her "first indie game" was in August 2011.
"It's why I don't go to GDC anymore" - This "haunted" her so severely that the only reason she has stopped going was because some dipshits enabled her to grift in comics instead; she was regularly attending GDC and 2018 was the first year she skipped because of "really fun and cool" reasons (probably the comic?), then she didn't go in 2019 because she was already going to multiple comic cons that month.
Chelsea claims she couldn't tell anyone she had been sexually assaulted because her "visa status was threatened" if she did. Despite this, the guy "went out of his way to tell the community" that Chelsea had been "falsely accusing him of rape" when she "hadn't said anything to anyone." This sexual assault supposedly had a witness who had confronted the guy about it the next day. In that comic, Johnny dies and goes to hell and asks the devil why his life was so shitty, and the devil explains that on earth in order to make it good for most, some random people get chosen as what's referred to as "waste locks" where way more bad shit happens to them to kind of balance out the universe (eventually manifesting itself as a literal monster he has to keep locked behind the wall of his house).
