Probably late and gay on this, but any lawyer with any sort of a brain will never ever under any circumstances advise his client to lie. That's one of the quickest routes to disbarment there is, ranking right up with commingling of funds or really any sort of financial shenanigans with money that's due to clients. If you advise your client to lie and get caught doing it, every single bar association, judge, and prosecutor in America will come down on your head like a ton of bricks. It's quite likely you'll be charged with subornation of perjury, which is a felony. And they will prosecute you for it, since a lawyer suborning perjury is an assault on our entire system of laws and justice. And if you're convicted, the judge will come down hard on you in sentencing to send a message out to every other lawyer who might consider doing the same thing.

Long time lurker for the thread, wanted to join in on the fun since it doesn't seem to be dying down anytime soon and I think I've lurked enough to hopefully have figured out the kf forum etiquette. I'm very glad I don't really care about the people behind the English voices for characters, seeing how horrible a lot of them have turned out to be doesn't really bug me as much.
Hope I'm not too late to give some more examples. Of those not already mentioned there's a trans in an earlier episode of dirty pair, Kei Kisaragi from Black Jack, and I think that Frol from They were eleven counts.

If memories serves me right, he used to support Mad Black until now. If he's honest about Geekdom, he should back it up a bit more. Geekdom should do the same if he's truthful about not being KickVic. And yes, I am aware about him.

Even across the pond it's one of the first things you learn about, even before Uni. It's almost expected:
Never make your clients lie in court. There is a reason there is the Oath. Being caught lying is a fast-track to losing the case when under oath. So if you, as a legal professional with a standard of expectation to uphold the law, are caught provoking this, then say bye bye to your career and reputation.
Edit: And that isn't including the fact that it's a felony.
With it being so catastrophically important, it's reasonable to assume that anyone who has passed the bar likely knows not to do it. I would even give the same respect to those on the KickVic side too.

At the very least, Dragon Ball Z has entire sites that have all the episodes in lan Spanish. In Mexico DBZ is Big, one reason for that is the dub being awesome, hell I'm not a DBZ fan, and I can admit the dub is good, all characters have a good balance of seriousness and comedy being able to handle both types of scenes fairly well.

Eh One Piece has both, it has cross dressers and transgenders, the interesting part is how they focus on those characters, some crossdressers are obvious like Mr2 others are like Inazuma who we see as male or female at various points and we have no idea what they were originally, and others are shown but we never know their exact situation.
The part I love about those characters? Them being different is only really meaningful tangentially, in Mr2 case his notable characteristic is how he has a moral code similar to "a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do" just replace man with human, and Ivankov and Inazuma are revolutionaries and their gender expression (I think that's the name for it?) Is part of those ideas of revolution.
