I believe Hibari-kun is trans. The series plays it off as comedy (the family's yakuza, after all, although her sisters are more supportive than their father), but it's not as mean-spirited as you might think, and Hibari-kun is honestly a sweetheart.

There's also the manga Claudine...! from the late-70s by Riyoko Ikeda about a transman (not post-op, though). It's a tragedy, and you do feel bad for Claudine.

It's about a guy who moves in with his Aunt and Uncle, who turn out to both be what we'd probably call Transgender. The "Aunt" is biologically male, the "Uncle" is biologically female, but the one time the protag pushes them into dressing "normally" everyone mistakes them for troons.

The daughter (his cousin and love interest) is what Tumblr would call Genderfluid, dressing as a boy or girl at a whim and refusing to call herself either. This is part of what drives the plot, him not knowing exactly what the fuck she is and if him wanting to bone her means he's gay or not. The last pages of the manga have her start to tell him, but he realizes it doesn't matter to him anymore and he stops her.

Force your way in, make it too fucking annoying to get rid of you, start gatekeeping as fast as you can, drive everyone else out / drain the hobby of all funds for social justice activism, move on to the next target. All of this is amplified by the fact that Identity Marxists have been indoctrinated by academia to be culture warriors and are spreading out of the colleges and into reality.

Interesting. I said a little earlier that Jennifer's outrage was bouncing off of Collosalcon about Niosi because the person really doing the damage isn't her irrelevant self, it's Funimation. She's just serving as a smokescreen. I wonder. Did someone in Funimation notice that comment, or one like it, and decide to cover their tracks by leaning on CC too?

40k fought them off when PETA tried to stop the Space Wolves from wearing wolf pelts. Problem with that being, there is no wolves on Fenris. (Implying the wolves are the original human colonists.)

Also a small blurb about animal rights activists trying to save a Catachen Devil only to be eaten by it.

I just cannot POSSIBLY imagine why the hard push began in the 90s to teach conflict avoidance at every level and at all costs. I want to say that Funimation would have enough good sense to not do something like that, but apparently good sense is something they're sorely lacking in, so maybe. I doubt Lynn has enough social media presence to influence things by her lonesome.

We wish to undermine their credibility. They have established a narrative of what should happen. But when they go against that narrative people start losing trust and faith.

In Vic's case, Funimation fired him over baseless allegations. In Sabats case, where we may have an actual victim come forward, people will be getting the pitchforks and torches out.
