Do these people not realize that the reason we even give Nick the time of day is because hes PROVEN himself to be a legitimate source, and that time and time again when's he been asked to put up or shut up, he has always put up? I just want to know how they'll spin this tomorrow when they get the numbers and all that shit.

You may be thinking of TI. Defamation has the specific defense for truth and Ron trying to sue for being called a woman beater, when it's now been proven true, would absolutely fall under anti-SLAPP.

You know I'm still pretty blown away that Toye is such a complete waste of oxygen. He's like a literary caricature of a decadent middle class man. The meaningless office job, the desire for "luxury" goods like an Audi, the completely fake veneer of greasy cordiality, with a woman who clearly doesn't care for him, seems to feel the need to abuse others to feel powerful. He's like Patrick Bateman filtered through absurdist modern comedy, it's kind of impressive.

Also now that we know Ron's an abuser it puts his "personal fiance" comment in a new light, doesn't it?
