If Ron has a contract, and you wave this paper in front of the other party in order to get them to breach contract, yeah, that's tortoise interference with contract, and truth is not a defense. The tort is interfering with the contract, regardless if it's true or not (in Texas). Now, if the other party came up to you and was all "This Toye guy looks like a little shit, has he had an violence issues before?" and then you show the filing, you have privilege, and privilege is a defense against TI w/ contract (in Texas).
Now, for TI with prospective, true can be a defense (since TI with prospective business relations needs an indepedent tort, i.e. defamation.
