These people are cut from the same cloth as liberal, Hollywood types that give Roman Polanski a pass (and awards) and say that the past is the past. Actions don't matter to these people, despite what they say, ideology does. Vic defied the narrative and committed thought crime by not believing all women and laying down and taking it. It became a Schelling point for them to try and destroy him. If was a feminist, these same people would bending over backwards to run cover for him.

So this court filing from 2012 which was adjudicated to be true is bullshit and the judge was probably an #ISWV choad and a Gamergater too, but these second-hand accounts of what Vic did at a con in 2008 and/or 2010 are totally true y'all.
In all seriousness, I believe in redemption arcs and becoming a better person and all that. Maybe Ron has did the "Get Some Help" and is now "Be Better"ing and he now blows off his anger with walks around the block instead of punching walls and threatening animals. I'd really like to think this rather than think that that soyboy is actually holding Monica in fear. But there's still the hypocrisy element. Ron has lost his right to judge how other men treat or mistreat women. He has a log in his eye. I certainly have also voided my right to judge others in certain ways too, though at least my divorce paperwork is decidedly boring.

This is part of classic DARVO - Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender. Of course Ron will claim that he just had to chimp out on the phone and make threats to cut up his ex-wife's dog, she was the one who pushed him that far.
The worst part is that when abusive fucks like this get their victims to believe it, it actually helps the abuser control their victims more effectively. It's a background loop of intimidating them into giving the abuser what they want, or else they'll "lose control" and lash out.

I think that whole Sheepdog thing at deposition is really going to come back to haunt him at trial. “Speaking of Dogs Mr. Toye, did you not threaten to kill and carve up your then wife’s dog in order to intimidate and control her from filing for divorce? Did you not similarly threaten the Divorce Court Judge’s Children?” Yeah any Texas Jury is going to think Soye is a serial killer. And they might not be that far off. I mean “i’m Going to carve up your dog” (and the Judges Children) is not exactly a typical go to threat when making over the top threats in a messy divorce case. It’s not the sort of thing that normal healthy minds jump to. It indicates a disturbing mental pathology.
I think if BHBH had them and was intending to use them Nick would have waited until next week, after BHBH filed their TCPA response.
Gee it sounds like Ron needs a kind and compassionate friend to help him. One who has been there and knows this depth of despair, but found his way out through faith family and community. You know! Someone just like Vic! Boy isn’t that awkward.

Oh dear god! Does Monica not realize just how bad this makes her look? She lives with and fully supports a violent abuser. She claims full knowledge of all of it. But he’s better now and treats her like a queen... but Vic eating her Jellybean or touching her hair in a playful manner while performing for an audience is “sexual assault”.
