Stirring the pot with internal KV drama can only help Ty. Two major ways: the defendants and affiants can start sperging out and saying shit that contradicts their prior testimony, and people sympathetic to KV can change their mind about whether to testify and start coming forward with more Stan Dahlin style explosive testimony.

Definitely not. Even if I believe him to be reformed, I do not believe pedophiles can be cured of such a thing. Having mine or other kids around them may make them relapse.

Surely it can be brought up under cross-ex as some form of character evidence or evidence to show a propensity towards malicious behaviour (or whatever the correct term is). If Vic's case is these people went after him maliciously, then surely his prior behaviour with his wife shows prior behaviour of acting or threatening someone with malicious intent. Didn't Ty ask him questions about his prior marriage under depo which he glossed over quickly. Maybe can be brought up in light of how inconsistent he is and regarding his behaviour.

Something like: You showed a fair bit of hostility in this deposition/when giving evidence, didn't you? You do tend to get aggressive - like you did with your ex wife, don't you. Or something like that?

Any lawkiwis want to correct me on this/explain how his divorces are/are not relevant to the case in hand?

No nobody even knew about this until I walked out of the courthouse with them in hand, hell I didn't even realize what I had until after I gave it to Nick and he read live the now infamous affidavit since it was buried in page 12 of one of the filings I paid for so I was completely surprised and caught off guard by this too as I simply skimmed through the document's and assumed they were just copy pasted tl;dr generic fillings.

Hell Ty Beard probably wasn't even aware he was twice married based on his questioning at the depo.
