I struggle to find ron's allegations that she was so abusive to be true. She has a long standing marriage since then. Her "person finder", score is cleaner than rons. If she was such an abusive manic to push him to the point of chopping up dogs wouldn't she have several divorces under her belt? I'm not releasing any of that info as this is about ron, not her. There weren't "charges" to dismiss, as it was not a criminal case. "Dismissed without prejudice" means dropped for the moment and in this case, almost certainly because Ron agreed to knock off his bullshit on pain of the order being made permanent. If he tried any more shit, the petition would have been renewed, as "without prejudice" means the other side can bring the action again.

A full out of court settlement would be with prejudice.

My mistake really. I just feel bad for this woman, looking at this stuff she seems like a kind woman and this piece of dog shit is going to throw her in the mud to try to save face. Nice will go over this tonight I'm sure, but the TRO was granted as it usually is on the 22OCT2012; after that they had a hearing on 24OCT2012 and the ex-wife was granted a restraining order good for two years. Ron was also ordered to attend counseling, which he did, and the judge dismissed without prejudice the restraining order in August 2013 because they were divorced and she was apparently gone after he'd completed the court-mandated counseling.

By the way I thought this would anger some people just as badly as me. Not posting anything or any info other than this. The dogs he was threatening to cut up were tiny chihuahuas. To me that makes it more terrible because at least if it was a pitbull it could defend itself properly but really guy you are going to threaten to chop up under 10 pound dogs? special place in hell for people like that.

One of the forum rules is : do not touch the . (Lol at this forum translation wtf) Normally this refer to the lolcows themselves I think. But apply common sense where it is applicable. When there is some realistic safety concerns, like with this woman. Their safety surpasses our need for this info.
