I don't think necessarily so. It could be used to show rial is full of shit if she'll co-habitate with this vermin yet run around making up shit about not 'feeling safe' blah, blah, blah, blah. I mean......how can she truly say she would feel safe around an assaulter with actual evidence but not a co-worker?

I doubt it, they probably don't hold on to that evidence much after a case is over. They gotta make room for newer evidence and such. Especially if the contents of the tapes were in the divorce papers, there is already a trail validating the contents and can just refer to the court docs that have the contents of said tapes if needed.

It's also the sign of someone who is absolutely guaranteed to violently snap if pushed too hard.

Like say, if confronted by a hostile attorney in deposition or cross examination about specifics.

Edit: But maybe not Ty. Ron's whole thing seems to be that he likes to assault women he feels are weaker than him.

Amazon Prime should do the next deposition, but the bailiff should be warned to shoot on sight if he lunges at her.

Probably why Casey went after Carey in the Depo to prevent that from happening, and yes I am saying Casey knew about this probably got tired of sifting through all the BS at that point.

I believe Nick has pointed out in the past that if you're going into a contentious defamation case like this one, you should consider the absolute worst thing you've ever done that's true, and be prepared to have everyone know about it. I'm sure Vic knew that; I imagine Ron's attorneys, even if they didn't know explicitly what was done, warned him of something similar. It's common sense. If you're going to fight a war on social media, any dirt you've got is gonna get uncovered eventually.

But yeah, barring something amazingly dumb done by Ron in trial, this won't actually be used in court.

This dumb motherfucker threatened a judge and his kids before. I think it's safe to say the chances of him doing something amazingly dumb are far higher than they would usually be for any other defendant that Judge Chupp presides over.

Of course if Ron pulls that shit again the honorable Judge Chupp may legitimately beat him to death with the gavel.
