I was going to dox one or two but got bored when compiling the information because the guy's just a random Spednoughter although he was more active a few months ago. He hasn't tweeted a lot lately after dumping a few dozen tweets on Vic at the start of the month.

However, he is a Texas lawyer trying to use his expertise to hoodwink people, and his Twitter username struck me as douchy-sounding, so I'll just go compile his shit. IMO all Spednoughters should be doxed.

Mark Anthony Methenitis is a Texas attorney, corporate counsel at T-Mobile, member of the Board of Directors of the International Game Developers Association, and youth basketball/baseball coach.

He's most notable for his blog Law of the Game which analyzed legal situations in the gaming industry before he silently abandoned it. He's often cited in the usual games journalism press as an expert on legal issues.


He is also active on Law Twitter which has taken over his previous activities at his blog. Like any good Twitter lawyer he's been engaging plenty with T. Greg Doucette and his merry band aboard the Threadnought chasing after Popehat peepee touches, although he's not as active as others.

Like many on Law Twitter, he does not like Nick.

I can pull the case docs on Ron and Monica's black mold lawsuit if you want, I doubt they'll be interesting but I'm looking at them right now.

In fact, I'll tell you how to find them. The Dallas country has an online search function to search cases. Put in 'Toye, Ronald' and click ont the property case in 2015.

There's nothing there really. They got competent council and it looks like they settled

Seriously though, it's actually kind of sad how much that attempt to mock Ty's wargaming hobbies fails.
It's fairly hard to condescend to the tactical acumen of the man who has so far trounced you at every encounter.
Just saying "Noted" alone would have been better, but only a true man like Ty could pull off such a pithy laconic reply.
