Lemwah wants to be noticed by Ty.

Well, the filing basically amounted to "We filed our motions in a timely manner, so this motion to strike should be denied, also Vic brags about his career and money, so he's a public figure, so ignore it even more!"

Cause ya know, they definitely filed their shit on time and not at all late and the argument for Vic being a public figure is an arbitrary one, you can't use the excuse that he is one if you folks are the one who launched him into public controversy. Which they also used as another excuse - that he's been aggressively involved with the controversy.

I love how Ty just seemed to ignore The Fuhrer's sad attempt at a witty dig towards him. I can only imagine him sending it while giggling to himself about how witty he was.

Also: Sun Tzu never really said "noted"...instead he wrote a 260 page manual on how to royally fuck up an enemy army. One that is still required reading for military officers in the US.

And you can be damn sure a lawyer who throws everything at the wall to see what sticks and chases after a third-party's GFM never read a book that says "there are towns which must not be besieged."

And on the last minute too. These games are pretty transparent

Just out of curiosity: In my understanding this response isn't really unexspected or on the last minute (deadline was set at tomorrow by Judge Chupp) because the Defendants were basically obligated to response to Ty's motion otherwise they would've waived their objections to it (that's why BHBH drafted their response to the "Notice to intent to notice"-bullshit). I would be surprised if Marchi and Funimation wouldn't file their responses tomorrow.
But my knowledge of US law is basically non-existent, so if @AnOminous would like to correct me I'd highly appreciate it.

Just a reminder that Soye is still a short angry snack plate delivery boy. emotional investment my ass.

It's very funny how people bring up "Vic sued people for speaking out, so going to the police wouldn't have mattered", but they forget the sheepdog hulked out and did this.
