It goes to a higher court, in this case, the 2d District Court of Appeals in Ft. Worth, where it will be heard by a panel of three judges. If they don't just outright reject the appeal and refuse to hear it.

Some dude on YT from the DB community who'd start beef with other DB people to get views while proclaiming he was going to clean the anime community of all the sexualization of female characters all the while having a discord group where he'd post DB porn while apparently also talking to minors. He'd also post video after video on YT playing Xenoverse 2 where he'd find female characters of other people with mods so he could place them in suggestive poses next to him so he could make fanfic. The guys a lolcow all on his own with an ego the size of Jupiter but a brain the size of a peanut.

No I fully expect the hardcore SJWs to keep fighting. I don't expect Ron, Jamie and Monica to ever stop. But again, I point to Alynski's rules:

Rule 6: "A good tactic is one your people enjoy."
Rule 7: "A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag."
Rule 8 "Keep the pressure on."

KV is ADD. New shiny things will grab their attention. They cannot enjoy getting Kiwistomped daily without the fun wearing off and as the edgelords go away, the 'midrangers' have less of a crew to virtue signal to. Thus it stops serving a purpose.

Not only that, at a certain point it just become easier to pick a new target that won't fight back as hard. All the people that are only around to push a hashtag just eventually move on to a new hashtag. If you're going to put literally the least amount of effort possible into your activism, it might as well be for something that you can get results from quickly.
