Honestly, my first suspicion would be that he's trying to get you to admit to being an agent of Nick or Ty, either directly or indirectly. Be very careful, he may not be trying to screw you over, but get you to say something that will inadvertently screw someone else over.

He’s not displaying good faith. He is the very definition of bad actor. Assume any communications with you are for the purpose of being selectively edited and used to defame you or worse. Doucette will have them all within an hour. For your own protection send Ty Beard any receipts from your end as soon as it’s over. You don’t need to make them public and Ty will respect your wishes regarding that. Look at how Lemoine operates. He will in some way weave you into his twisted filings and try to present you as some actor of BHBH. Protect yourself. And don’t insert yourself into the ongoing litigation as either a witness or a target for dear Fuhrer.
