At this point I'm doubtful that anyone that works with Lemwaaaah even knows how to tie their own fucking shoes.

Like your a storyteller right as a lawyer

so Limoncello thinks the AHA! moments make the story

in actuality its like Mr Metokur whenever he is talking to some one like Donga or other IBS spergs. He builds the story that beclowns those people

Or how Richard Spencer gave a fatal wound to Sargon

you have to build a gallows before you can hang some one

If that's what Lemwaaaah's doing then he's building his gallows out of toothpicks, basically everything he's trying to hang Vic on has either been proven as a lie, has massive inconsistencies, been provided by people with a proven track record of lying or is hearsay..........
Just writing this out I'm thinking how he thinks any of this shit won't just get laughed at, even a non lawyer like me can see this case is fucked if it goes passed TCPA how Lemwaaaah can't see it just escapes me.

Taking an out of context segment and showing it is the fastest way to get the entire thing shown to make you look like a scumbag that tried to deceive the jury. Why would he think it's a good idea? Oh wait. This is the guy who thought it was a good idea to take Monicas case after what Casey did to it. That explains a lot.

The classic one of "More often than not the Sociopath gets his way, because people bend in the full force of his demands" His flinging shit like a howler monkey and screeching at the judge in these filings

They have to include all the relevant filings and deposition transcripts and cite to them in what will be an enormous appendix. The appellant has to put that together and bind it and make multiple copies of it for every judge, clerk, other parties, etc.

Counsel for the appellee, though, who would be Ty or designated appellate counsel, would include anything relevant that Lemonhead "forgot" to include.

There's a pretty strict page limit on actual briefs but the appendix can end up being very, very large.

If anything, Lemonhead's ability to buffalo the court with enormous piles of garbage will be even more limited.

Yeah but no matter what the Appeals Court doesn't get quite the full enormity of the daily Bullshit being produced by LemonFuhrer. They get more of the Readers Digest version. With much of the pointless stupidity trimmed out. That can only be viewed as a benefit to him.

A law twitter twit said "Why do you think all these filings are annoying the judge"

I lack words to communicate how dumb that question is

Judges aren't people to these idiots, wich is why they spend so much time on twitter since their firms don't let them take cases.

The judge has other cases so when you send them literally dozens of motions [which means opposing counsel sends him dozens more] when you could do the same thing with like 4 or 5 motions...Judge is going to be mad

3(Intro) Oh wow, here's a lot of evidence you can use to push your point! Mind... citing one Lemon? okay, 370 cases said you can't amend, but did they say you can?

What Lemonhead did is the legal equivalent of saying "Google it bitch" when the judge asks you for any support whatsoever for your position.

A law twitter twit said "Why do you think all these filings are annoying the judge"

I think these people are literally autistic when they can't understand why some guy who has worked his entire life to get to a position where he now works 60-70 hour weeks might be upset getting filings like Lemonhead's. The judge's legal writing output is the kind of letter perfect stuff you see in a court ruling. Meanwhile, an incompetent lawyer just dumped a thousand pages of absolute garbage on him that looks like a thousand pages of a final paper drafted the night before by a drunk undergrad who skipped every class, with hundreds of pages of exhibits in improper layouts, upside down, sideways, OCRed so they can't be searched, etc. Goodbye weekend!

And these stupid cocksuckers wonder why a judge would be annoyed.

This is why nobody in their right mind would take law twitter seriously. They quite literally don't live in a world where they interact with other humans or understand them at all. Literal autism.

that was another thing

In X number of cases that has never showed up

Could you give me like a footnote to the lexis nexis search of all the pages? No? So your just going to say something **basically** unsupported

Why would that annoy the judge?

You are arguing for the TCPA. You need a PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE to establish there is no Prima Face case or that opposing counsel doesnt have sufficient evidence.

Written Vomit is unnecessary

Here is my evidence, here is evidence impeaching arguments and evidence of opposing counsel

I have been out on the loop on this for months and do not have the time to read 300+ pages but how is the trial coming along for Vic? The most I've heard is that it's going badly.

Hearing on the motions is on the 6th, today is the deadline for Ty's last filings in response to Defendant's word vomit.
So far, what can be said for sure is that Ty did absolute best not to annoy the judge and Defendants did absolute best to piss him off instead.

Mr Jadolf prances on Twitter as if he has already won, revealing the fact that his plans for courtroom performance can only possibly work if he were to perform there unopposed and they sound like a wish-fulfillment fantasy of someone who never won a court hearing.

You've heard incorrectly. Social media has been battling back and forth, but there hasn't been much legally yet. They're not even through TCPAs. Ty filed for extra time and got it. The other side tried to add to their stuff after Nick put them on blast for it. Ty responded by trying to get the amendments quashed. It hasn't been ruled on yet.

Hearing on the 6th, then the judge has 30 days to rule on it.

From my biased standpoint, the defense seems to be using their motions to further defame Vic, rather than doing their job proper.
