This is proof that what Joseph was doing was retarded. This was a ploy to control the narrative. Whether or not he was coached on this is unimportant. Don't be even a little bit surprised if you see this in upcoming documents from Lemoine. This was a very transparent attempt to try and destroy the idea that Toye acted with actual malice, even though it fails IMO. We all know how much Lemoine loves to put inadmissible shit in his filings. Again, don't be surprised if you see this in one of his filings. He'll attempt to argue against malice and try his best to get ahead of the narrative in order to maintain the credibility of his client. I love Joseph and his supreme autism, but this was just a little too autistic.

- it proves that the Glassdoor reviews of Funimation are in fact spot on. It’s a childish schoolyard corporate culture run by immature idiots.
- it proves that Funimation allows an overly charged ribald sexual atmosphere in their offices and production facilities.
- it shows that this inappropriate behavior and environment is not limited to simply “water cooler antics” but is deeply embedded all the way through into actual production tasks.
- it proves Funimation exercises extremely poor IP and brand management for the materials licensed to them.
- it calls into question Sony’s supposed investigation, and Funimation enforcement of their own published workplace rules.

This has been the thing that the KV crew (and their lawyers) keep failing to grasp. There never has been a lose state for Vic. They already took everything from him. That’s a remarkably free place to be. Because all of these fools had an awful lot to lose. Think about Casey arguing against the confidentiality agreement with “Vic should have thought of that before filing” well his clients sure as shit should have thought of that before doubling down. Wife Beating, Threatening the Judges Children, abusing the vendors IP for childish gay porno shit. The list keeps growing. They all have far far worse skeletons in their life than anybody has been able to find on Vic after months of forensic probing.

Yeah, the fact that Toye reached out to him was a big red flag, given how tight of a leash the West Nile Superlawyer’s been keeping him on. It just screams “honeypot”. One Piece has some surprisingly strong social commentary, Little Garden could be seen as a commentary about how sometimes the reasons for a conflict are stupid and the conflict reaches very high dimensions.

Doflamingo could be considered a commentary on USA and the profiting on war.

And there is the whole thing with the world government and the void century that looks a lot like China and the Tiangmen protest pictures.

I wasn't serious.

That being said, I'm pressing X to doubt on Ron's horrific child abuse story. The whole thing just reeks of desperation. It's obvious that Toye was trying to paint himself as a traumatized victim to lessen the impact of beating on his wives.
