This is the funniest thread I have ever read in my entire life. I pressed two at Reuben's posts so much I had to buy a new keyboard.
I disagree. I think the future of" journalism" has plenty of room for people like Baron, unfortunately.But there is no need to be petty.
Mr. Baron will learn the error of his ways all on his own soon enough. In under a year he will be graduating from comfortable academia into an unbelievably cut-throat, competitive industry. If today's work is anything to go by, he is horrifyingly ill prepared and unqualified for it even had he not taken a metaphorical coat hanger to his career today. Worse yet there are only a few ways he could dig himself out of the hole he's made this day, and I don't see him even recognizing the problem.
Really I cannot think of anything the internets could do to Mr. Baron that's worse than what he's already voluntarily done to himself.
