Why are we assuming he won't get another tap on the wrist with something that teaches him absolutely no lesson at all?

I'm just spitballing here, probably too much effort involved for something thatmay or maywill not be appreciated.
As his PS3 can testify, he will do anything on the empty promise of money. In fact it's a miracle he hasn't fallen for Nigerian prince scams yet. This is of course predicated on the idea that Chris will actually respond to the letters, but he might be bored enough to actually do so. Maybe we try one letter package and if he doesn't respond to that we drop the whole idea.
Oh i BET. Once he realizes its his only outlet to complain to people who he thinks might care, he will be ON it. Itll be petty crap like "the canteen dosent have fanta", or whatever, but chris has shown he will go to the effort to write letters and send them off. Hes going to have a whoooooole lot of time to write his complaints out. Weens gonna ween, but IF he goes in, and this whole court thing isnt just a big nothing, we might get some interesting, handwritten stuff from chris in an environment he believes is troll inc personified.but he might be bored enough
No it's not.As his PS3 can testify, he will do anything on the empty promise of money. In fact it's a miracle he hasn't fallen for Nigerian prince scams yet.
Well, if we're doing the thing where some concerned mod gathers a bunch of letters, filters them for (overtly) trollish responses, then sends the 'sincere' ones to Chris... any chance that we could briefly revive the Mailbags? If people who submitted a jail letter also had to create an electronic copy, when/if Chris replies to the batch letters we could match his reply to said electronic copy. So even if Chris doesn't appreciate the gesture, we still get a source of backhanded lulz. Not unlike that horrifying commission of Robbie Sonee he did a couple of months back.

Then again, part of me wishes he'd pick up Count of Monte Christo...
Chris always manages to put the "Pathetic" on "Sympathetic"Chris won't understand this or any other sympathetic gesture.
He's got existing priors from the Game Place incident - downgraded to misdemeanors from outright felonies because Snyder felt that Chris still could turn his life around and didn't need the felony on his permanent record. He also had Rob Bell at the cost of Bob's entire nest egg.Why are we assuming he won't get another tap on the wrist with something that teaches him absolutely no lesson at all?
...what.Please bear with me here, because I can't reveal my source....
According to the latest information I've received, Chris has yet to be assigned an attorney. According to Chris, the assignment will take place tomorrow.
That's all I know right now.
Chris won't get the insanity plea, he was judged competent before and he will be again. To us he's gotten a lot worse but he isn't to the point where he can't distinguish right from wrong, he's just got a warped view of how the world worksThis isn't a question of Chris getting leniency like last time anymore. This is purely damage control. Absolute worst case scenario? Insanity plea, if Chris can not be kept under control whatsoever to the point the book is thrown.
Please bear with me here, because I can't reveal my source....

Since Chris lives his life ambling about day to day he'll see this as a good thing, rather than getting this out of his life as soon as possible so he can move on.
