Like I said, not a lawyer but I do have a little law education under my belt, enough to say this is a bit of a misconception: victims/families of victims only "press charges" insofar as file criminal complaints, and volunteer to aid in investigation by providing evidence and testimony. At the end of the day, only prosecutors have prosecutorial privilege.

It just happens to be the case, that with non-cooperative parties prosecutors tend to lack evidence to indict and drop the case. Though I don't believe this is necessarily the case in instances that involve death, since the victim's dead and all.

On the other hand, if Quinn hadn't blown all her money on stupid shit, this could have made for a nice payday in the form of wrongful death by infliction of emotional duress.

Well I genuinely hope someone takes this shit seriously because a sane person can't look at this fucking event and say that a man didn't just take his own life because he was socially crucified.

Because no matter how much feminists scream about MUHPRESSHUN, women always had the upper hand against men on how to manipulate them into do their will. If we have now DNA tests and women still manage to cuck men, imagine how it was before these even existed. Hundreds of hundreds of years of women cucking a man for either fear or spite. Man what a load of bullshit. suicide can absolutely be predicted and it can absolutely be precipitated by a specific event. People don't kill themselves because their life is shitty. That has never been the case, otherwise every single person in Africa would be dead. No, what causes suicide is a sudden, overwhelmingly negative change to the status quo that a person's psyche cannot handle. This bar is at different heights for different people.

Studies have shown that someone who is legitimately suicidal being restrained from doing so, even if forcefully, drastically reduces the likelihood of completion the farther from the original precipitating event. This is why people kill themselves after arrest or after sentencing. People don't kill themselves because they are in jail, they kill themselves because they've been put in jail. In this case it wasn't jail. This guy didn't kill himself because he had no job and no friends, he could get new ones fairly easily I'm sure. He killed himself because he lost his job and friends suddenly. The precipitating action being this cancel culture horseshit.

The temporary, overwhelming shock of this sudden negative change overtook his ability to cope. This is absolutely and totally the fault of Zoe and crew, and any "mental health professional" worth the paper their degree is printed on will tell you that.

Yes, most suicides are impulsive. People love talking about the 'bottom' of their life but the very worst fucking hell is like a bungee rope. At the very lowest point you just can't take it and put yourself out of your misery, or you bounce back up shortly after. All Zoe had to do was not name him while she was opening up about how she felt if any of her drivel was even true. Any psychologist would tell you not to start publically naming someone, either.

Her fucking feels are still above the real goddamned life reals of Alec to these people. It's making me sick.

The tagline on NitW was "At the end of everything, hold on to anything." Zoe and unfortunately Scott, his friend too, intentionally or otherwise, ensured Alec at nothing at all to hold on to at the end.

I've already said in the NitW thread that because other people came forward saying he's mistreated them personally that he wasn't perfect. I don't know what he did or did not do to anybody. But nobody deserves this. He did nothing that warranted his life being taken this way or to be gravedanced upon.

The Israelites would then finally had enough of all of this and the unfair execution of Naboth would then spell the beginning of the end for Jezebel in which they pushed her off a window where she fell to her death and the Israelites were finally free from this wicked woman for good.

So what is the moral of the story of all of this? Zoe Quinn is a Jezebel and she should be avoided at all costs.
