Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Where does it mention the Sabat casting couch shit?

Found it
Yikes
How much trouble is he in
Depends. At the bare minimum it would constitute a flagrant breach of Funi's own harassment policy, which would probably mandate firing. At the most serious end he could almost certainly be sued for it. I don't know about Texas specific employment law off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure there could at least be an argument for breaches under Title VII.

Sean Cody? Lol gay
Joking aside. Cody did say he met up with Vic and talked the situation with the VA's. Vic goes on and says that its about his religion and specifically talks about a VA that hated because he said that using his religion to brainwash kids or something. And now its revealed that it was Schemmel

It looks like a pretty clear case of the actual degenerates just assuming everyone else was as depraved as they were.
Oh God, it almost ALWAYS is.
In addition, the egocentrism keeps these folks from even imagining that there are people who think differently in this world.

There's a huge HR bombshell in Chuck Huber's affidavit that I haven't seen others point out.

Which begs a question that would normally sound absurd, but might be legitimate: did Funi ever actually tell its employees "casting couch" behavior was a Bad Thing and not to do it?

If Huber's claims are true, and Funi didn't post policies or guidelines regarding sexual harassment (which is very common in small businesses), or they didn't provide sexual harassment/sensitivity training... then they can't hold employees accountable for breaking policies the first time. Huber also says the previous Funi "investigation" was about Vic being hard to work with, which means Denbow's January investigation may have been the first time Vic heard about any such thing in an official capacity.

I don't know the specifics of Texas employment law, but now that Funi is claiming the inappropriate behavior in Denbow's investigation was the cause for dismissal, Vic may have a wrongful termination case on this alone.

Important to keep in mind the timeline, Chuck was very specific about the period in time no handbook was provided, and no signs posted.

Where did he mention that time period for that? The affidavit only mentions the late 2017 "no hugs policy" from Sony.

A couple paragraphs indicate time frame:

He's specifically referring to the 20 years he worked at funimation for the above statements, indicated by "My experience working at Funimation..." in context it's clear the following paragraphs are referring to his experience working at Funimation, meaning it would be the same time period.

Then we have later him providing the length he worked there for with the 20 years.

Well yeah, he can only talk about the time he personally knows about. I thought you meant there was some other time when Funi might have provided those policies; 20 years covers all but 5 years of Funi's existence.

If the handbook Nick showed was never handed out to employees, they can't be expected to follow it. Presumably Sony gave them some policies after the purchase, if they were made aware of a "no hugs policy". The timing of that, and the set of policies Sony investigated under or Funi fired Vic under, would be interesting.

From what I understand he does not currently work there, it could have been provided after he left.

Does he just record all his lines in one sitting and then bail? Android 17 is a very key player in the ending of super.
Not sure, but rereading the affidavit I think I may have initially misunderstood.

He first mentions working for Funimation then working for Sabat's company. I took that to mean he used to work for Funi, now Sabat on my first read, but looking back he appears to still work for both.

Sabat's company and Funimation have a huge overlap on talent, doesn't help that they record all dragonball related stuff out of Sabat's studio and under his direction. I just find it odd that one company gets the rights to the english dub and then hands off the work to one employee who then has the cast record everything in his studio with his imput.

Chuck finished up with Funi a few weeks ago. He tweeted out that he had finished with Android 17 and thanked everyone.

Then he set the fuse on the dynamite and walked away.
