From what I understand you can depose the affiants and witnesses of your opposition.

Let's say say people do come forward. I bet Vic would direct Ty to represent them while they're being deposed. So, in effect, the GFM will be going to them :story:

A second GFM Christ Sabat victim fund would be an additional possibility to be setup and promoted by Nick. It wouldn't need nearly as munch money as the much broader Vic lawsuit.

Time to start making asset lists of Sabat's personal holdings and his company...

One thing to consider with all that has happened this week is that it was mostly intentional to help with the "meta" of the lawsuit.
If you have knowledge or evidence of misconduct on someone, but it's not enough to start something, people tend to keep quiet.
If the dumpster fire is blazing away however, people aren't shy about throwing on their little bit of gasoline. The person that lit the fire is responsible, not the ones who added fuel after it had started.
I would feel safe betting money that BHBH and Nick are getting "anonymous" tips, info and evidence now more than before.
Also, BHBH and Nick have shown that if trusted with info, they know how to use it to maximum effect, unlike the blindfolded monkey shit flinging tactics that KV/Skeeter/Low T seems to employ.

Another aspect I think I've noticed and I think it kind of explains why the two sides are so different in regards to effectiveness is that Pro Vic people can usually be trusted somewhat but not controlled. KickVic side is the exact opposite. They don't trust each other much and rely on control. It's difficult to control someone who is smarter than you or more successful. That's why they have elected to use Shane Holmberg at first and now Ducette. Not the brightest bulbs, but they'll happily walk into a shredder time and time again for 2 asspats and an "attaboy!"
At least that's the feeling I get. Maybe I'm just projecting or some shit.

It does take 1 nothing to lose person to kickstart the storm. but if we going to #crosschris or #ditchchris I would like evidence before we moralfag, although he's a scummy piece of shit im willing to give anyone a chance to defend themselves, but then again...does chris deserves our sympathy?

Personally I say we should give him all the consideration he gave vic, but I suppose a chance to defend himself would be fine.

It's not even about the couch.

This suit is slowly revealing Funimation to be twofaced liars, and with the Funileaks they can't even claim to have woke moral high ground anymore. That'll hurt. Fatally? Maybe.

Armzgurl and ANN are sharpening the knives for another backstab.

DANG IT JOHN. He's always been kind of a dick, though. I just don't want to see Caleb jump into this. Nathan, Amanda, and John all have, so I imagine there might be a bit of peer pressure on him now if he hasn't attacked the evil and all-powerful monster Vic (who has yet to successfully punish anyone for insulting him)

The two sides are so different because one side, despite it's diversity of belief, philosophy, sexuality, political beliefs...basically damn near everything, still values and unites behind the idea of civilized society and justice. The other side has shown a hive mind/collective mindset and an imperative to reject civilized ideal and the idea of law and justice that enable it.

You have collectivist vs free person, civilized vs. savage and ultimately, good vs. evil.

Off-topic, but the fact someone came up with the phrase 'Orwellian Slave Factory' to describe Funimation is metal as hell.

Adds credence to the notion that they aren't independent contractors, too.

I wish Huber named those former Directors to add legitimacy to his claims, but I doubt he wants to get more people involved.

If someone married Sabat, they were settling in life and decided to the money and security was worth never fucking missionary with their eyes open again. I don't know that it will be a huge issue for her. She's already married to a greasy, hairy yet bald, turd of a man. Its honestly less shameful IMO to be married to someone who runs a casting couch than someone who wears that douchey looking flat cap to hide their bald spot.

Well we don't even know how that's going to go. I mean Monica knew about Ron's past and she still lives with him. Even if Ron did go for therapy, the fact that he still has that smiley emoji coping mechanism indicates that he's not completely cured. Maybe Sabats wife will choose to try and work things out. I mean after all, he only cheated on her multiple times, it's not like he abused her or anything.
