She knew he had a mental illness so she knew it had a possibility of biting back with him committing suicide since he threatened it before. It doesn't even have to be about protecting him she actually made a risky decision with a mentally unstable person.

She doesn't always have it. It seems in periods of financial well being, she lets herself pork up and then, when she needs to suck some beta dicks for profit, puts more effort into losing weight and looking like at least a hard 6 instead of the hard 3 or 4 she usually is. That's not how it goes. Most people don't exactly follow a procedure when they've been violated in possibly the most savage way- especially if they finally gather themselves enough to say something after the evidence is gone, which is honestly fucking common. The police usually don't do shit even if a rape kit gets done (the backlogs are fucking horrifying), so what the fuck good does it do to tell them way after? No fucking shit we don't usually follow procedure after something like that, for a goddamned landslide of reasons. Men who get raped are even less likely to report it, yet just because it wasn't reported didn't mean it never happened.

Zoe is a liar and an opportunist, and she's being used to further the polar opposite of "believe all women" just for the sake of opposing it. Look at things with a level head in stead of being arrogant enough to say that anything that doesn't follow your rules can't be real. That's the kind of anti-logic that makes the far left what they are.

Police reports actually give ground over if a person actually did commit crimes against another. If a person has a shit ton of police reports leveled against them for a specific crime, it does seem a lot more credible than some random faggot on twitter spouting "I WAZ RAEPED! GIMMIE MONIES!" without any shred of proof. Hell, Zoe's ex boyfriend actually provided proof of her raping him by deception from a text exchange between him and Zoe.

I don't disagree but there is absolutely no reason for her to bring it out in public other than for clout. She was suppose to be running something like a chat room for victims wasn't she? She should know rules on how to deal with suicidal people but she very obviously did not follow those guidelines even though it's obvious she a liar anyhow.
 
I thought I'd go check out what they were saying over on Metafilter, because I knew they'd be completely on the 'Evil GamerGaters! Support Quinn!' movement.

Was not disappointed. Highlights include my new favourite reason to #believewomen - "My answer to the "Innocent until proven guilty" approach is "I'm going to assume that she's innocent of libel until proven guilty. Because that's what you're accusing her of." Because women don't lie! They certainly never spread rumours about people! That's just not what women are about!

Also, claiming Alex Lifschitz had admitted to being abusive - with a link to Zoe's tweet where she says he's done that, to her, in private, that set of circumstances where she always tells the truth - and the usual 'so brave/this isn't nearly enough' stuff. The thread has gone silent rather than deal with the suicide, so there's none of the hot takes that ResetEra has so happily provided us (I want the 'deleting his Twitter is an admission of guilt' guy have to answer for Zoe and The NITW developers deleting theirs, but you just know the person who tries to do that will be permanently banned) - but it's a good indication of what the lefty-but-not-quite-REEEEEra take is on the whole situation.
