@theworstkindofeurofag I brought this up a few pages back. There's a moral conundrum with regards to this part, but per chuck, Vic asked for consent and didn't force himself on anyone and further he didn't offer them an ultimatum either.

Don't forget, there's glamor attached to banging someone famous. I'm pretty sure all he did was put on some charm and drop a few mentions that he was a VA or a few of his roles to sweeten the pot. Groupies do the exact same thing only they're usually the ones persuing sex, not the famous person.

At the very least, Chuck states he believes vic used his position for sex and thinks that it was shameful. A few take aways from there

1) even he isn't sure if vic actually did that

2) even if vic did that, he sandwiched 77 quite nicely between 76 and 78 that indicates that vic always asked for consent and knew no means no.

3) even if vic does do all that, it's chuck's own opinion that it's shameful. That doesn't make it fact

If he was, he would have settled with an NDA immediately. Knowing him, he probably was relieved the only guy he was bothered by is gone and probably could get away with manipulating female VAs to get laid more. I probably should be careful what I say as we are going down quite the rabbit hole. What skeletons in Funi will we dig up next. Maybe we can look at the employment history of who left and who was laid off to see what was going on behind the scenes. I don't think this was a sudden metoo but something Sabat had been working on over time.

Nah. The affidavit was going to be shared anyway and they were going to try and poke holes in all of chuck's statements anyway. The main point of the affidavit was, again, to expose the hypocrisy and dark underbelly of Funimation.

Speaking of which, apparently Chuck is a flat earther? Seen it mentioned somewhere on their thread. They're focusing on that to try and discredit him
