Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

The really amazing thing is that this is the opening volley. Ty doesn't strike me as the type to reveal his whole hand at the start.

Affirmative. They always say exactly what they need right now.
In this case, they slightly opened the curtain, in case they lose TCPA by some miracle, and to serve Sabat and Shimel after TCPA (my guess) and expand the range of questions that are directly relevant to the case. I.e. to have the legal right to ask all witnesses other questions.

Sadly, no. This is his professional twitter account.

EDIT to add: His personal twitter account (@Chris24_Sabat or something to that effect) was nuked when the Ty filing was filed.
What the hell?! Did he delete that tweet or something? When was that made? IDK the date due to whatever language that is.

Looks like the tweet was made yesterday, chief. I know of a few Russian friends who can confirm the date for sure. Let me see if one of them is awake.

Ty has a huge arsenal of corrupt shit that Funi is as good as sunk. With everything that is archived and leaked out to the public, along with Toye's male feminist #ResetTheClock moment there is no way these morons can wiggle their way out of it.

I also think Funi just might be sunk after all of this. Their crusade for social "justice" has exposed a culture of corruption, for example trying to stop people from unsubscribing. There's no way it's "just a glitch" after how convenient the timing of these "glitches" are.

Ty is about to do a fatal blow to these idiots as far as their credibility is concerned. I mean, he has enough to fill 1,200 pages of a legal document!

PS:Think of it as karma for all the DMCAs of parody videos they have done.

So basically the "revelations" of the past 48 hours confirm two things, 1.) Funimation is a den of snakes, 2.) Chuck Huber is a bro.

Funi & Co.'s workplace shenanigans coming up just buttfucks them further, and showing their penchant for fanservice shows they don't give two-shits about ""muh offensive"" or sexual content, they are just selective SJWs who forced someone they didn't like out of their cliche illegally.

Law Twitter thoroughly convinced this filing is Malpractice:

Still waiting for them to actually point something out.

(Not posting reaction images are hard to resist sometimes.)

KickVic literally receives a kick to the head every time they open their mouths.

Ron is exposed as an abusive husband who is prone to domestic violence and threats.
----Hey! He's a different person now! Humble and self-critical. /KickVic

Sabbath is revealed as a lover of really dirty and lewd things, ready to abuse what is in his hands.
----Hey! It's just a joke. He didn't do any actions unlike you know who! /KickVic

Ron was blackmailing and lying to the organizer of KamihaKon. Sabat organized a casting couch under the roof of Funimation. Ron did not become humble, and Sabat words do not contradict his deeds. He is more than ready to participate in the scenes with sacred ointment with living people and for real.

----You bastards! You don't even give us enough time to change excuses. Give us some breath! /KickVic

So because all the people in Chucks affidavits are Funi employees Funi and the other defendants can get statements directly from them and therefore Funi and the other defendants have due process correct?

FIND OUT NEXT TIME ON DRAGONBALL Z *insert title card* *rock music plays*

I believe that's how it works. Chuck made a claim; they can counter that claim by getting the people to say they didn't say/do those things. Similar to how Stan's affidavit countered Monica's, and Erica countered Faisal's.

How would he know the others were never given a handbook? That seems like a huge statement of fact Im not sure he can attest to knowing. Either way he should know if he and Vic werent given a handbook.

My first guess would be that the answer is, "there was no employee handbook". Beyond that, remember that they were all quite close, so I'd expect they would have mentioned it at some point. You know, when you're hanging out with co-workers and making fun of how the top guys at the company are clueless idiots.

Is this a parody account or something?
This is very clearly a Photoshop edit made for fun. It's a reference too, to another Photoshop edit made during the whole #ClintonBodycount fun. Unless I'm the one missing the joke and you're being sarcastic

Yep, I've seen it before, thought others had too. Notice the @ is a different color than the Twitter handle.
