One correction, Youtube is his day job right now, the difference between Nick and -literally every other youtube sperg-, is that Nick has a law degree and if his youtube channel folds tomorrow he'll be absolutely fine, he's reliant on absolutely nobody, beholden to nobody, and he can do whatever he wants.

They didn't like him because he works well with people and is popular. Vic can be front facing and back end in a company and do both jobs well because he has the charisma to interact with people and come across genuinely. Other VA's not so much.

I'm not sure about that. Chuck mentions Vic was difficult to work with because he seems to be a perfectionist. He asked for takes to the director over and over, eventually making people around him upset. Which I could understand to an extent.

That doesn't mean you can't be upfront and tell that person to quit their sperging so they can move forward and not take 37868475 years on one single line. It would have saved them all time and money and a lawsuit. Instead, they decided to be little bitches.

I mean that's not the way to look at the situation. Nick isn't gonna blindly support everything Ty does. He's a different set of eyes and he will find and point out what he deems flaws within his own scope of knowledge, experience, and understanding of the law. I don't think even Ty would expect just constant praise from Nick. Just heaping praise on someone helps no one, Nick will offer up constructive criticism towards the filing.

Obviously he's gonna have some issues. Just from briefly perusing this thread and the posts after the Document was released onto the farm there are some minor errors that users here noticed, mismatched numbers and seemingly missing parts. So obviously Nick is gonna find some flaws in it, alongside what he's been doing since he started his channel- making points on how he'd approach the situation differently than the lawyer in question did.

Hey y'all, I got a theory and it might be a little far-fetched but I haven't seen anyone else bring up this possibility. Maybe it has but I haven't seen it.

What's the likelihood of Ron having put funding into Funi things and that's why he's got a sense of authority over the company? The whole giving some chick a laptop thing seems more like it might be related to financial power rather than a sexual thing. I notice texts of him talking about setting up booths at cons that the VAs attend, there's enough evidence to suggest that Funi employees are clients of his as well as the obvious of those involved in the lawsuit. Rather than him using raw intimidation to put his voice out there, what if it's entirely monetary? We've seen his supposed net worth and I could see him using money as an incentive to give him leverage in this situation.

It would explain why he spoke to Todd and likely had authoritative interactions with others. I might be talking out my ass but considering the TFS rumors it doesn't seem too far-fetched to me that people were quite literally bought by Ron.

Sabat plays one of the villain roles (Dr Watts) as does Josh Grelle (Tyrian) in RWBY.
