you can't run a software developing business (especially game dev) without autistics, unless you figure out how to make software without programmers lol
the thing is, their autism is a non-issue in a proper environment. if your business is well-run and offers a professional work environment then the worst problems these autist coders will cause is dress code violations because their suits never fit and they prefer to show up for work in worn out jeans and heavy metal band t-shirts. aside from that there'll be almost zero problems, your work environment is stable and productive.
the problems start if you add women to the mix, because that will make the autists drop their spaghetti all the time, while the women barely hide their disgust and contempt for them. your work environment is still productive, but volatile. it can still be managed and function well at this point, but this is not as smooth and effortless as before.
but if you then add social justice types on top of it all (usually in the form of zoe type women, sometimes in the form of trannies) you get a nightmare: they'll encourage the women to act out their true feelings towards the autists, which in turn transforms the autists: some react with defiance and spite, turning into incel style redpillers. others react with submissive groveling, turning into #believewomen creeps. others just leave altogether cause they don't want to deal with the bullshit. either way, your work environment is now toxic and unstable, and the future is uncertain.
