Of course he ignored it. It goes contrary to his tardic arguments and pontifications. There could be hidden camera footage of sabat and toye writing the scripts of the false allegations for the accusers and he would go off on a tangent about whether or not the camera recorded it in a 2 party state.

It took me 60 seconds to navigate through it to find that. I haven't even read through all of it but even I figured out the gist of where to find stuff easily. I'm not a lawyer, but this guy claims to be. Can't find evidence in a doc. How embarrassing.

He said he was unable to find where Ty stated the caused of action clearly, anyone with some brain between their ears would notice it's on pages 23-26 or thereabouts.

I had heard the saying "those who can't do teach" but damn, if he is the standard for teachers in USA I can see why your education system has such a bad rep.

To be fair, that is lawyers in general. They will use anything possible to win their case, even if it is a long shot.

edit: I am referring to the camera recording example by the way

I'll be happy to see fed level charges in any capacity. Under RICO or otherwise isn't the important thing. The point is that these fuckwads are seemingly into some higher level horseshit that people don't think is possible. Monoplistic practices, anticompetitive behaviors etc. Now we're even touching on civil rights violations in blacklisting based on religious affiliation as well.

Close colleagues and "friends" spout the same rumors and incur damage= defamation.

Don't be afraid of speaking your mind here, famalam. It's not a bad question, at all, and even if you did have a bad question we'd just laugh at you a little bit and it would be forgotten in moments because this thread moves fast as fuck. And we aren't supposed to take sides here, so if Chuck did something that deservingly silly, we should find it so we can laugh about it.

I think RWBY was more "Monty wants to do a magical girl show and we'll let him take his shot." It just seems to me RWBY needed to be more of a TV show rather than RT's "movie format". I think RT just figured it would last 2 or 3 seasons.

Gen:LOCK was them overreaching. They fucked with the formula that made them successful. The formula being "Hey, we grabbed randos in the office to say lines and struggle through the night to record stuff." Gen:LOCK was "We got movie stars for our voice acting because we could." Then the story couldn't hold people.

RT didn't think a lot of stuff through or adapt the way it needed to is my point.

My idea was that Sabat promised Miles or Kerry a director gig at Funimation or that the voice actors could expand into Funimations stable of voice actors in case the day comes when Rooster Teeth collapses.

Like Miles and Shannon McCormick were tweeting support for Monica eerily similar to how Funimations voice actors came out of the wood work.

Oh I think it was established long time ago. He joined when Douche was laughing about "piece of shit" defamation and didn't understand why retraction letters was send (they required by law). He believed Douchette hot take without hesitation. So we got legal analysis by one missinformed idot of legal analysis of another highly biased retarded individual.
MoRons just had to respond to letter and retract or clarify, and while they all laughted what idiot Ty is, BHBH laughted that damages just tripled

Has the court documents been entirely processed yet? Or are people just scanning for interesting things?
