Nah he wasn't her boss, but he was apparently taking advantage of her because she was raped months earlier, before she moved in with him when they were in a relationship.
The two mentions of sex w/ him include him 'being mean and violent' during sex, and him 'walking her around the house with his fingers jammed up her' (lol) even though there's no mention of it being non-consensual, just that it hurt her.

I just wanted to point out a pretty egregious error being made repeatedly in both the articles covering the allegations and in this thread: having read her posts, Zoe never actually accused Alec of rape. She does say he was "mean and violent" during sex, but never says the sex was nonconsensual. The allegations basically boil down to three things: (1) that he kept her isolated in the house (which clearly wasn't criminal kidnapping, since he did nothing to physically prevent her from leaving), (2) the bizarre pussy-puppet thing (which would be a form of sexual assault, but is hardly the primary focus of her post), and (3) that he was a shitty person prone to manipulative behavior and destructive emotional outbursts. Even accepting the allegations as true, it would be misleading to call Alec a "rapist," at least by the most commonly understood definition.

She got busted for allegations by her recently-converted fundie ex-porn-star-hubbie, who claimed that her and her boyfriend were abusing the child she'd had with the ex-hubbie. The best current info is that Mercedes and the boyfriend categorically deny all charges, and there's no evidence that any sexual abuse was occurring, last I saw reported, but it's going to trial in late September. Also worth noting that the ex-hubbie was seeking custody, and had already claims that Mercedes having a cam studio on the property was grounds to be awarded full custody without visitation, even though Mercedes had been able to prove that the studio area was under lock and key, and completely inaccessible to the daughter.
Canada is the country that had the Gregory Alan Elliot case, where 3 female feminists had a male feminist charged with criminal harassment for disagreeing with the women about the necessity of doxing Bendellin Spur, who's crime was making a shitty flash-based face-punch game that had Anita Sarkeesian as the punchable face. IIRC, he also made similar games with Saddam Hussein, GW Bush, Obama, and other notables as punchable faces. Anyways, GAE was put through the exact same kind of ringer that Markus Meecham was put through, but got vastly fewer crowd-funding donations to help him through the 2 years of abuse-via-governmental-proxy, and barely got out the other end of the case with a "not guilty" verdict and his house.
There's lots of stories where men have been accused of sexual assault and rape, and then taken their lives, or been jailed for long periods and repeatedly raped in prison, only for it to turn they didn't rape anyone, or that the entire story was a fabrication; the only difference between this story and Brian Banks is the use of social media, and the presence of a hashtag.
