I'll give you an example. Where I live, there was a local radio show host that, after he left his job, said that he was told by his boss not to cover negative things about the local hospital because they spent a lot of money on advertisements.

It's understandable that they're going to question the statements about the defendants and associates of the defendants because this was an affidavit submitted to Plaintiff's counsel.

I'm more disgusted by the fact that we've gone from "this guy rapes children" to "this guy is an asshole" to "this guy is a Blonald Drumpf supporter"-- like, if this guy raped children, I don't think I'd give a damn about him being a Trump supporter. I don't think anything else matters when you're making an accusation that someone rapes children, honestly.

This is just mass high school-esque rumor milling, at this point. They'll call him anything and say anything about him if it means they can get a lick in.

It's still hearsay, though. Unless there is something tangible like a photo or, however unlikely, a video of Sabat with said inebriated fan at the convention in question, I'll take it with a grain of salt. The couple has had a hit piece about them calling them Nazis by ANN (Mike Toole) because they had questions about the Vic case. @KEK7go you should entice Nick to get in contact with them (they know of Nick and reference him a lot in their Vic vids). Sounds like this Vic thing was in the works for awhile.

I do not know why he didn't I would have done the same regardless but by the sounds of it the con would have lied to the police and so would sabat then he would been charged for falsifying a police report probably didn't want that. I am now in process of getting a written report from the brother. I will give updates when I can.

It reads like a lot of the same shit that's been on PULL or tumblr. Without any additional proof it's pretty worthless. Even if some actual person comes out behind this story, it's still the same kind of shit where only a decade later does a victim emerge when they did absolutely nothing that could have been useful at the time.

Now, I'll agree that I will find it rather funny if people start crawling out of the woodwork to #MeToo Chris Sabat as it's a kind of karmic justice, but I'd want to see evidence before I give it more credence than someone possibly looking for fifteen minutes of fame. Just because Sabat is an asshole doesn't mean I have to support bullshit claims about harassment that never happened. Bad things happening to bad people doesn't make the bad things suddenly okay.

Keep in mind that there was one of Stan Dahlin's stories where some girl at a convention claimed that Greg Aryes raped her. But Stan determined it was impossible based on a description of events and Greg being somewhere else entirely at the time.

So some random person at a convention making claims that conveniently can't be backed up by anyone since the convention supposedly tried to hush it up. Sure it sounds like a perfectly scandalous story, and even possibly believable as things like that do happen. However, it's also the kind of story you'd construct if it were pure BS since it can't be disproven.

If there is no report, then atleast try and get details that can be verified to give the story just a little bit of authenticity. I do agree with @Zero Day Defense tho, atm it just looks like heresay. Does your friend and their brother know about what's going on?

Supposedly that is how acceptance of a fact comes around. The accusations against them slowly decline in audacity until they are just tame. It means the delusion is breaking down piece by piece.

Somewhere deep down they know they are losing and accepting it. The TCPA hearing will probably shatter KickVic before the trial starts.

Until then they are dangerous screwballs, especially now when they are trying to keep their world view together.
