Until I read Alec's 2016 post where he admited he was going to therapy because he believed a small group of indie people were trying to get him to commit suicide and a family member (most likely the same sister) also piled on, but recognized this was irrational so he sought out professional help. I though Zoe might of felt genuine guilt as well as was covering her own ass. I think that might not be the case anymore and she is scared it could go viral and a criminal court (while unlikely) might try and probe into her if enough attention is brought to her actions.

1. 2. Waiting for this to blow over so she can go back to doing what she normally does and when people bring up Alec she can say they are a gamer gater and ignore it.
