Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

The possible issue of him being a public figure or a limited public figure, it would benefit him to show tangible damages. Might as well unload details now. Just a thought.

Well, he did. He didn't need to, but he did. It's in Vic's affidavit. He didn't need to whether or not he's a public figure, though.

I get that. But why do it in the obnoxious way that he does. Lemoine’s entire approach absolutely relies on a Judge, any Judges ability to separate their own human feelings regarding himself, from his case and clients. It’s idiotic and unnecessary.

He's racking up billable hours on a futile motion with literally zero chance of success, that will have no benefit to his clients, and will just infuriate the judge and establish that he is a complete and utter asshole deliberately wasting everyone's time. Including the judge's time.

Wow she really made a career out of DB. She looks like Vic in the blonde, white, 50s, attractive sense. What exactly is the rumor suggesting? That she's been feeding a bunch of inside info to Chuck?

The implication is she is one of the individuals who lost her roles and employment because she refused Sabat’s sexual advances. She was replaced by Colleen Klinkenbeard. And Sabat put pressure on outside venues such as Cons to replace Stephanie with Colleen as the representative voice of Gohan. Once again everything they accused Vic of being, they actually are in every repulsive way possible.

Vic’s loss of employment is already included in the complaints. That is real damages. They don’t need to quantify that at this time.

As the war gamer Sun Tzu once said, "neener neener I'm telllllllllling".

It's all part of his brilliant plan to run up the legal bills ahead of his earth-shattering victory at TCPA, which will allow him to recover attorney fees from that evil WAR CHEST.

Imagine being either Marchi or Funimation's attorney. You're just out there doing your best to get your client through this ordeal, maybe hoping for some mercy if you have to settle and then you have an exceptional individual like J. Dolf seemingly doing everything in his power to piss off opposing counsel.

Man it really makes you think, if you're Funimation or Marchi, especially Marchi, and you -lose- at the TCPA hearing?

Man, that knife is lookin sharp... And there's just so many backs that you could stab. And you could really get out of this a lot easier if you just...

Just... Plunge that knife.

B… But Batman is a man of honor! SURELY he wouldn't pull such a crafty move… right?

I wonder if he did something stupid and unethical like promise a specific result. Maybe the West Nile destroyed the ethics part of his brain. If he ever had one and the mosquito wasn't God's revenge on him for a life of sin and iniquity.

They're saying Stan was speculating as to whether he would remember something.

Ty didn't even try to submit his filing on Friday until 15 minutes after the deadline had passed. Genius:

Then they say it was rejected because the file size was too large when the Submission Failure message clearly states the submission failsed because of the security settings on the file. Fucking Galaxy Brain.

Just think, Ty said he gets $100,000 on this case, whether he wins or loses, but he apparently can't figure out how to file the paperwork properly.

He sent this 30 minutes before the filing deadline.

BHBH had to compress the pdf to keep it under the file size limit. If you're expecting the filing to be stricken for being late, please hold your breath.
