Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Can someone pick up Funimation's Response to the Plaintiff's Objections to and Motion to Strike Evidence in Support of Funimation's Motion to Dismiss?
As well as the Joint Response/Cross-Motion to Strike (1) Plaintiff's Response to the TCPA Motions to Dismiss (2) Plaintiff's Second Amended Petition?

I'm too poor now to do so.

Ty didn't even try to submit his filing on Friday until 15 minutes after the deadline had passed. Genius:

Then they say it was rejected because the file size was too large when the Submission Failure message clearly states the submission failsed because of the security settings on the file. Fucking Galaxy Brain.

Just think, Ty said he gets $100,000 on this case, whether he wins or loses, but he apparently can't figure out how to file the paperwork properly.
The time is when the file was rejected, after it was submitted and processed.

I wonder if he did something stupid and unethical like promise a specific result. Maybe the West Nile destroyed the ethics part of his brain. If he ever had one and the mosquito wasn't God's revenge on him for a life of sin and iniquity.

Interestingly enough, he does 90% of the work.
I personally do not know if any of the motions written by him will be punished by compensation of all expenses to the court and the plaintiff - who will pay? All defendants equally or Monica and Ron?

Oh this is definitely a bus of objections by the defidenants, but probably a shorter bus then Lemonlime thinks.
Seriously, is this just equivalent of saying "no u" to the response by Ty this past week?

Defendants Omnibus objections to Plaintiff's TCPA evidence.

They're complaining about Ron's tweets not having context.

This idiot is actually objecting to the fact that Ty didn't include mountains of garbage but only 57 pages of shit that's actually relevant to establishing a prima facie case. Is this guy actually a TCPA expert? Does this guy even have a reputation?

The "argument" is incoherent. He simultaneously argues that somehow 57 pages isn't sufficient to provide prima facie evidence and then screams that they're being bombarded with "scorched earth tactics."

No, that would be dumping 1000+ pages of garbage on the court much of which is unidentifiable as to what it even is.

Every day since hearing that West Nile can cause brain damage the more I think Lemoine must have suffered some.

The deadline isn't named that way so that you have to submit all the documents in 2-3 days in advance. If Ty had submitted them just in time, at 23:55, everything would have been fine. And seriously demanding punishment for being 30 minutes late is ridiculous.
The purpose of the court is to provide justice, not to discipline lawyers to the detriment of their clients when there is clearly no malicious dirty game here.

The rules explicitly addresses technical difficulties for exactly this reason. Filing something like this minutes after a deadline is near the top of the list of stuff not to do if you want to be taken seriously at all. This "man" begged for and got extension after extension and now wants to act like a few minutes is prejudicing him?

This gasping idiot should just fuck himself.

Let's not forget this is AFTER defendants tried to suppliment their motion after the deadline which was already extended.

So which is it, Lemongrab? Is it okay to file days late after an extension? Or is big evil Ty a meanie pee pee doo doo head for being minutes late on an unduely burdensome deadline that you intentionally and unilaterally caused with your OWN tardiness?

EDIT: aaaaaaand cougar't. Feelsbadman.

And Ty was also late because of how big he had to make the motion to respond to your tash

Seriously, Ty gave him the rope to hang himself on this one. Ty looks magnanimous over messing up by like what, 20 minutes from technical difficulties? And meanwhile he agreed to extension after extension for the other side. Lemoine greedily got extensions and now is screeching over a few minutes.

Starting to look more and more like TY has begun playing with opposing council on their own playground, Twitter and social media, and baiting them in, and they take it, everytime.

Not just extensions. They filed themselves the supplement a week or so after the deadline (not 30 minutes later).

That is, according to his own logic, Ty should have filed in time a motion with one phrase "I disagree!" And somewhere on September 5, he was supposed to submit a supplement containing all his arguments on the TСPA. And that would be okay!

I feel like that was kind of the whole point of it. The defense is basically defaming themselves at this point.

Just wow. Imagine trying to spin a technical difficulty into legal fraud in front of a judge that's tired of babysitting you.

It's a bold strategy, Lemon. Let's see if it pays off!

Also, literally "LOOK WHAT HE MADE ME DO!"
