For Chris's sake, he shouldn't accidentally spill his meandering sex acts on YouTube to his PD.

What is the ETA on the Facebook post?
A case can have many continuances. Courts are slammed with cases—civil and criminal—and neither enough judges nor funds to handle them. There's nothing wrong with this taking months to get to trial: he's out on bond so he's not going to be unable to earn income (at least, that's the idea with people who have jobs) so he's not particularly harmed by having it unresolved; and if he's to be found guilty, it'll happen eventually.Looking at that screen cap...how many "continuances" can a simple crime have? No wonder people think even low level courts don't function well as it seems like it can take 6 months to actually have a hearing about something as dumb as what Chris did.
I think the Caddie is gone. I don't recall seeing it last month. The BMW hasn't moved since it went on Craigslist though.View attachment 15016

Where is the Cadillac?
There is something behind the van, but it is hard to make out what it actually is.
Dangerously and unlawfully true.Brother, the charge is just too perfect

Yes, there's a point where it becomes too much, and the judge will deny ongoing requests for continuances without good reason. But this is hardly the same as a white collar case taking years upon years just to handle basic evidentiary questions.
if you mean the car in the top right, it's the Z3. looks like theres some sort of tarp thrown over it or something.View attachment 15016

Yes it has a tarp over the soft top. I have no idea if it's a precaution or if it means it leaks. Probably the latter because NO HAGGLE!!if you mean the car in the top right, it's the Z3. looks like theres some sort of tarp thrown over it or something.
Thanks so much for the replyThat puts it in perspective. However, maybe I just am having a fuzzy memory but I seem to remember the 2011 Game Place incident being a little more open and closed. I know a couple of (what would now be) Farm Girls showed up to the trial or whatever the final hearing was. I don't really recall so many court dates for that one but like I said could just be I was only checking it on the Cwcki back then.
I'd have to look at the overall timeline to say anything conclusive, but if that case resolved faster I would suggest that it might have something to do with having paid counsel with limited funds and that Barb's ass was on the line too (since here, Chris can just stonewall so much more easily). Thanks so much for the replyThat puts it in perspective. Guys I'm on my phone and about to start the trip home. Expect a full update tonight. But yep. It was continued until Feb 2nd. From what I understood, apparently they hired the wrong type of lawyer is he didn't have time to prepare the case. They might have even hired him that very morning.
