That’s mostly what I meant...they find a person extremely similar to themselves and then berate that person for all the qualities they both share, and somehow draw a sense of superiority from it, despite knowing deep down that they’re hating on the very qualities they hate about themselves.

Case in point: LagoonaBlue dedicated every day to taking the mick out of CWC on multiple platforms for being autistic, obsessed with cartoons, fat and living at home off his parents. Her daily mantra was “I’m nowhere near as bad as CWC is!”
