Heh remember when people here were saying Fukanaga was shielding his fellow Christian Vic from the Funi-club?

So much for that.
Who's Fukanaga?

Ty retracts the affidavits with the intent to supplement new drafts.
Greg thinks Ty only retracts the affidavits with not further intent.

Greg is dumb.
I'm excited to see Greg eat his words. Hell, I'm really hoping Vic wins this suit. Like, its witnessing a monumental moment in history.

Question though, how long does Ty have to resubmit?

Can someone explain to me what this chimpanzee is babbling on about

Maybe Ty just wanted Chuck's hearsay to get out into the public in a way that he can't be sued for defamation, and he'll be taking those parts out. He already won the public opinion and, purely speculating of course, he'll be taking that part out so he doesn't appear as petty to the judge as Lemon Hitler. CPAP, never learning to admit wrong and never before retracted a document, thinks it's an admission of guilt. It's literally "LOL you made a typo, you're instantly wrong. BLOCKED"

Maybe the real lolcows were the friends we made along the way.
The cows were inside us all along.

I'll cop to that.

Reason being that shit didn't hit the fan until Sony took over, and Gen has a partnership with Rick Sanatorium.

It's not good that I was wrong either, because it just means even more people are cretins.

Soylent Green is LolCows!

It's like a evolved(devolved?) Version of a grammer nazi.

Founder and former president of Funimation.

Current President, but since he sold 95% of his interest in Funimation to Sony, perception is that his position is just on paper at this point.

This was partly based on the notion that this mess started after Sony took over, but considering some of the statements in Huber's affidavit, he may be up to his eyeballs in the criminal behavior too. It wouldn't be too surprising, as he presided over Funimation turning into a cesspool of iniquity himself, and it's always been a notoriously shitty company.

Maybe that shittiness comes from its founder.

What's all this about Ty rescinding affidavits?
he stupidly submitted them as actual affidavits notarized by him (which they mostly couldn't be) now he has withdrawn that part and submitted them as unsworn declarations instead. Reason: If they were sworn affidavits notarized by him he could become a witness in this case which is problematic (somehow but IANAL so don't ask me how) + as far as i can tell at least 2 of these declarations could almost certainly not have been notarized by him since Slatosch and Vic were not local to him. Huber might have been but probably wasn't so these were probably given to him digitally.

There's this thing called a "car". It lets you travel very long distances in just a few hours.
There's also this thing called "reading the entire sentence" which shows that i said *ALMOST* certainly meaning a possibility that they were is there but it isn't likely since Vic wasn't even necessarily in the US at all.
There's also a magical device called a webcam that can allow you to speak live in person with people in say, Japan. Courts have been using it for oh, 20 years or so for this very thing.
Pretty sure Webcams do not constitute as "in person"

So is that why Lemonhead was claiming Ty was in trouble for having witnesses in his office?

Oh I'm not mocking you, I'm just amused at my cynicism regarding the creative mediums being proven right again that Funi was always an overgrown high school clic run by incompetent fools.

They do as far as the court's considered. Or uh, something. (Damn typos.)
