Vic wasn't even necessarily in the US at all
First I've heard of this. He was at Bubbafest on the 26th. As of 21 hours ago he was at his home, drinking wine from the true cup of christ (at least according to his twitter). If you're going to argue that he was out of the country on Friday, then it would be pertinent to include evidence of some sort.

he stupidly submitted them as actual affidavits notarized by him (which they mostly couldn't be) now he has withdrawn that part and submitted them as unsworn declarations instead. Reason: If they were sworn affidavits notarized by him he could become a witness in this case which is problematic (somehow but IANAL so don't ask me how) + as far as i can tell at least 2 of these declarations could almost certainly not have been notarized by him since Slatosch and Vic were not local to him. Huber might have been but probably wasn't so these were probably given to him digitally.
So Ty's slam dunk affidavit for TI and conspiracy is now an unsworn declaration that they'll attack endlessly in the hope it swings the TCPA hearing in their favour? Not to mention they'll probably spend months pissing over it if this gets past TCPA.

Seems kinda sloppy to not get this shit locked down earlier.

that's why i said "not necessarily" I, personally, don't know where he was when so for all intents and purposes he could have been in Texas OR Egypt. I wouldn't know. Vic would. Ty probably would. And judging by you telling me he tweeted something showing implication that he was home: Thousands of others know.

Taking a step back from Law Twitter sperging out on what they think is a gotcha on Ty...

TUG has detected interesting content potentials from Stephanie Nadolny and has reached out for an interview.

Who said that was his slam dunk?

Oh Good I see TUG finding his next story to click bait.

Yeah, I am kinda disappointed in the sloppy way Ty did this.

I maintain that, barring a massive fuckup, Slatosh's declaration should put Ron and Monica in the hot seat, and get Vic past TCPA with them.

I'm less confident over the case against Marchi and Funi, but we'll see.

This is a good time to remind everybody not to get too emotionally invested in all this. What happens, happens.

I'm surprised we actually don't have any Memes of a Huber Character vs a Sabat Character. Come to think of it tho, I don't think there were that many interactions with their characters tho

We've been speculating Sabat as Iago ever since his character debut in the first Ty stream. All this has done now is give possible motive for his actions.
Yeah it is surprising. Someone posted a gif of 17 vs Piccolo, and someone posted a video of Hiei using Dragon of the Darkness Flame on Zeru, but I'm pretty sure Sabat doesn't voice Zeru. I did a quick google search but couldn't find the VA for Zeru.

He still has the Kamehacon stuff but alright
I don't think you're following at all now, he got sloppy with the kamehacon stuff and it's now an unsworn declaration. It doesn't mean much but it gets the defendants an angle of attack that they shouldn't have open to them at all. Considering how careful Ty has been up until now it just seems really shocking that he'd not take every caution to make sure all of those affadavits were airtight procedually.

Don't be, Ty is having to do real investgations and work unlike KV. And then having to compile, and Figure out the plot to this anime.
Pity him over, how many man hours he spending on this trying to understand KV's spergty, and make it understandable. :story:

This video represents the worst case scenario, in which Vic is Yusuke and the XXXL Anarchy Sisters and Tofuman are Yomi.

First off we haven’t even seen everything Ty has up his sleeve. There is also the texts. Affidavits are not an end all be all. There was 1200 pages and everyone is a little autistic over the first mistake Ty has made but it’s not even a critical one. I think we all need to relax a little bit and just wait to see what Nick has to say tonight. Sperging over it is a waste of energy.

Bruh it's potential fraud, just because you like the guy doesn't mean he can't fuck up badly while in a rush.

They have an angle of attack for consumption by the ignorant, but let's be honest, the fact that they all signed what they thought were proper sworn affidavits means they are willing to put their asses on the line. None of them have recanted or disavoved either.

Hell, KV is flinging shit at Huber.

I never said he was incapable of mistakes just that I think everyone is a little bit more worried about this than is necessary. Also it’s probably not as critical as twitter dumbasses want us to think. We’re outside parties that don’t see what’s inside. I have better ways to spend my time then freaking out over anything beyond my control. Eat a snickers and we’ll know more later.

Huber poured gasoline on himself by making that affadavit, suprised the guy can move around with balls that big.

Are they unsworn because Ty wasn't supposed to be a witness to his own case...

Or are they unsworn because Ty didn't (couldn't) actually notarize them properly?

Those are two very different reasons. The former is fine, whatever. The latter is a bit of an oops.
