If you're going to argue that he was out of the country on Friday, then it would be pertinent to include evidence of some sort.
So Ty's slam dunk affidavit for TI and conspiracy is now an unsworn declaration that they'll attack endlessly in the hope it swings the TCPA hearing in their favour? Not to mention they'll probably spend months pissing over it if this gets past TCPA.

I don't think you're following at all now, he got sloppy with the kamehacon stuff and it's now an unsworn declaration. It doesn't mean much but it gets the defendants an angle of attack that they shouldn't have open to them at all. Considering how careful Ty has been up until now it just seems really shocking that he'd not take every caution to make sure all of those affadavits were airtight procedually.

First off we haven’t even seen everything Ty has up his sleeve. There is also the texts. Affidavits are not an end all be all. There was 1200 pages and everyone is a little autistic over the first mistake Ty has made but it’s not even a critical one. I think we all need to relax a little bit and just wait to see what Nick has to say tonight. Sperging over it is a waste of energy.

I never said he was incapable of mistakes just that I think everyone is a little bit more worried about this than is necessary. Also it’s probably not as critical as twitter dumbasses want us to think. We’re outside parties that don’t see what’s inside.
