Looks like Nick's argument is that there was no intent to the fraud and it was an honest mistake, which is fine or whatever, but man filing like that, man I'm not sure if I agree that there's no intent there.
Regardless, Ty's notary commission should be revoked.
Which is a fair call. But what impact does this have on the defendants? How is this in any way prejudicial? For what reason should such a technical error or stupidity be taken out on the client or the clients cause of action?
