The exaggerated bit is about how much she conflated the "abuse" from another guy in the original accusation she made against Alec. She intentionally lumped the two separate people together to confuse and obfuscate what Alec actually did. Once you separate the two, you will find the guy before Alec she forgave and the worst that Alec did was be a bad boyfriend. Nothing was criminal in what Alec did hence her admission to her inner circle that she exaggerated the story. All professional victims do this. They want to score the maximum possible sympathy points to get the beta bucks. Her shelf life is fast approaching since she hit the wall and with all this stuff going on she'll be a lone for the rest of her life.

That is very likely a vaguepost about Jake Alley aka secretgamergrrl, one of Chelsea's co-conspirators from her anti-Gamergate/Crash Override Network chat clique. Jake has wrote his own zoepost about the emotional manipulation and false promises he and the others were given by Chelsea, notably that she kept promising she would be paying them for being the "agents" behind CON and never did. He has claimed that he and "dozens" of his friends have been "driven" to suicide attempts by Zoe Quinn, and further claims he has PTSD after getting "rather strongly excommunicated" out of the inner circle by her.
