Yeah we're in desperate need of that court hearing. It's like some kind of conversation groundhog day here.

So should we bring back insane asylums to put JosephTX (who was banned if you didn't know) in for not letting Ty know that the notaries were a bad idea? I've got Ron in my DMs saying everyone in this thread has committed fraud and now Vic has lost the case.

Logically I agree with you on this point. Realistically, living an actual life means that chasing down some stuff simply isn't worth the time. I think this is one of those. Sure, another dumbass is gonna see this situation and think they have carte blanche to sped it up, but those people will always exist, and will always delude themselves into some bullshit.

For reasons unknown, I was inspired tonight to craft a gift for our favorite Fuehrer. I understand that, through his blog, he thinks of himself as a teacher of some kind, and I was thinking it would be great if all the youthful law aspirants could use this as some kind of sign to identify their future status as uberlawyers under Lemwaghhs tutelage and leadership.

So what is going on with Twitter being so adamant about Ty going to jail? Is it because of the notarizing thing? How embarrassing would it be if you were attacking something only because you failed to realize it until an attorney you think is mediocre pointed it out. Also saw something about Chupp overruling the objection to strike evidence. Really? Keeping your evidence makes it somehow Ty is going to lose. That's like in a Baseball game you're in the seventh inning and the batter hits a foul ball on the first pitch and you declare you won the game. Even a 5 year old could understand that concept.

But can someone answer me how "bad" the notarizing the testimonies really was? I figured it was just making Ty liable for questioning at the most but people are making it sound detrimental.

From what I've gathered, the notarizing has 0 impact on the TCPAs or the case at all and just makes Ty look kind of dumb and distracted.

The defense is going to try and make it a criminal matter if they lose tcpa, I guarentee it. They will fail in that as Ty can explain it away in 10 seconds since the documents were withdrawn. But since the other side has nothing else its what they will use.

Short of there being some really spectacular evidence, the worst thing that could realistically happen is Ty getting a fine or having his notary license pulled (note: this isn't necessarily something that is "likely" to happen, just it realistically could happen). I'd say sanctions could be possible, but Lemonhead escalated it to a comical level, which makes even that unlikely.

I believe the most realistic outcome, assuming it is even addressed, will be the judge asking ty to be more careful in the future.

They can try that but I highly doubt it gains much traction given how much time and effort they lolyers in the spednaught have spent in convincing them that the whole thing will get dismissed and Lemonfuhrer and co will go 4-4. The dozen or so true believers will still swallow it, but a lot of others will start asking questions.
