The commentary community is autistic but trying to have a war against them is still autistic.

Little bit of history: Someone tried to do so with an edgy animu persona and screamed about how 03bgood is being mocked fun of. Unsurprisingly, the original user behind the account is a Sonicfag. (Don't ask who that is, I forgot) :julay:

Dillin has recently done a collab video on whether or not a sonic ship can "work" in the sonic the hedgehog comics.

lol people dislike dillin so much that they've started mirroring his videos. He's also apparently become friends with FNGR and made up for that slapfight of his with him. Big lolcow crossover there.

Someone recently made a really terrible PA request thread about someone who didn't like the Alt-cc. Unsurprisingly, they also have some form of connection to Dillin. This is just my theory here, but there's a chance Dillin may or may not be trying to divert attention from himself onto rivals. And that's really pathetic and sad.

Also upcoming is Dillins response to a feminist, so expect both sides of the argument to make total asses of themselves when he decides to release it.

Ah, it turns out Dillin also has a youtube account where he archived some of the videos he deleted, including the "debating a mister metokur fan" video that resulted in him fighting with Jim and getting subsequently destroyed


He's also opened a store page where you can buy his poorly edited anime oc in a pepe jacket onto mugs and shirts for $20. Incredible value!

I was just actually just watching one of this guys' videos right before logging on here.

This is why Kiwifarms is the number one website, you find somebody on Youtube or Deviantart or the like and then next thing you know, Kiwifarms is there to inform you of who they really are and how and where they fucked up.

Karate chop me in the neck for resurrecting a dead thread but I just have to bring something up. And ask a question. Is youtube a job or a hobby?


He edited out the part where he pats himself on the back about how much money he makes per month. (Unless he put it back in and I missed it) Roughly 600 to 700 per month. Which definitely ain't bad. But he calls it a job. And I have a hard time...agreeing. Dillin wakes up, sits at his computer and reads the cwiki. Chris chan is literally the reason Dillin doesn't have to get out of the house and get a real job. Yet he ridicules Chris for also not having a job. As lazy and irresponsible as Chris is at least he makes things.

Dillin can't even read the articles in an interesting or engaging way due to his dyslexia, he reads it with a voice duller than a text to speech bot. Certainly no Brendaniel. Its why he has to drag his friends in to most of his videos because they are the only thing giving them personality. His videos have limited to 0 editing I'd barely raise it beyond background noise in terms of quality.

Honestly I think Dillin's fans are idiots. His vids are okay for background noise but you have to be a bit...special to pay the guy to read a wiki page with his half asleep sounding voice.

If you make enough money that you can support yourself then yes its a job. If he's actually making $600 to $800 a month, depending where he lives, that could be a solid income (especially if he's still living at home or with roommates). Making videos takes time and skill, even if its just an autistic kid talking about Sonic for 10 minutes. To establish a presence on YouTube they have to upload new videos almost daily. Its a lot of work that doesn't immediately pay off, but if the channel is constantly uploading new content then within a year they can see some success.

EDIT: Also he likely edited out the part about how much he makes because YouTube has it in their policy that YouTubers can't openly discuss how much money they make.

Theres no skill in this. Chris chan is a money pot for lazy folks and that's about it.

Mr. Dilly Willy made a video asking for donations. He says he can't get a job due to being unstable...whatever that means. And that if he got a job he couldn't work on his channel (By "work" I mean he gets out of bed, sits at his computer all day and chooses which cwcki article he is going to read). The ultimatum is essentially donate to him or he gets a job and leaves youtube. Because apparently he can't do both with a simple part time job.

People suspect he is either deleting or hiding comments that are calling him a hypocrite. I know I no longer see a couple of comments that were harshly critical of him. He said he hid them. But if I can't see them anymore isn't that basically deleting them?

So much for being an edge-lord with a thick skin.

The fanfiction/comic reading I am okay with for the most part. He gets his friends to help and that makes it enjoyable. Any group read of crappy fanfic is usually fun. But when he just picks a wiki page and reads it...I don't understand why people think that is worth paying for. And reading off the cwcki is the majority of his channel. If you want to hear someone read cwcki articles/whatever Chris rambled about on twitter I suggest you go to Lost Terminal Network. At least that channel has fun editing and style.

But Dillin is trying. Letting other people do his job for him (the Sonic Historia thing) is a pretty clever idea. At least it is good patron interaction. If he wants some real laughs he should go after bad OCs. Or have his patrons send in their OCs for review. (I just KNOW they have some).

Neither do the vast majority of people which is why once his channel got struck he suddenly became strapped for cash as he couldn't livestream. And instead of I dunno making better content that will actually rake in enough ad revenue to pay his bills, he's just sticking with what he has been for months. Don't get me wrong its decent background noise when Lost Terminal Network hasn't uploaded but it doesn't exactly get the most views nor drive a lot of people to give him money, which is why he's resorted to e-begging on discord

Speaking of his discord, its full of autistic manchild a-logs who sperg out on a regular basis, only reason I'm still in it is because it can be hilarious at times

Surprised he hasn't made the Discord pay to enter, but I'm not surprised that is the audience he has cultivated. Dillin thinks saying people DESERVED to die because they liked a certain game is funny. He thinks it's like a 9/11 joke when really he doesn't even know how to make a funny 9/11 joke. Of course his fake try hard attitude would attract more fake try hards.
