This is, I think, being overhyped everywhere.
Ty fucked up and corrected his mistake when it was found. The judge has also been a lawyer and has undoubtedly also fucked up in a filing, Chupp also is especially familiar with how many fucking rules there are for everything, and how a person can fuck up even the basics if they haven't read the actual rules in a while.
As long as Ty goes in with a "look man, I fucked up but I also took it back and it's an easy fix. I really should have pulled the book off of the shelf and read it instead of being sure I still knew what was in it. Can I please have this one do-over" except in formal court language, he should most likely be fine unless he gets in a traffic accident with Chupp on his way to the hearing
Based on the filings, my read is that Lemon Hitler is the one who looks a bit unhinged for forcing paperwork issues into a hearing, especially the way he's going about it by jumping straight to criminality rather than "this is pretty negligent, and I hope that this won't be a pattern throughout the rest of the proceedings, right Your Honor? By the way, don't you agree Lord King Chupp, that these affidavits are clearly invalid and should be thrown out?"
