Too bad Ty's likely already sent out an order to preserve evidence. Not coming up with it lets the judge instruct the jury to make the worst possible conclusion about what's in the missing discovery. Then the jury gets the opportunity to award punitive damages up to double the economic damages to send a message about not pulling this bullshit again.

there's just OOOOONE little problem with that idea of theirs: Both Apple and Google have failsaves in place to restore such and NOBODY would believe them that they conveniently managed to disable icloud on their iphones.

They havent been demonstrating the abilty to make good decisions so far. I doubt they will start now.

Not a good idea. If evidence goes "missing", a judge can make a ruling of adverse inference. Plus, there's the whole felony thing for evidence tampering.
It's better to just hand everything over and try to argue "ACKSHUALLY, that's not what that means."

I just think that she like Elder Cunt / ANN just let Stephanie go since they were under the assumption that this wouldn't drag out too far, and in the case of Chrissy Weebstein's Inner Circle they didn't expect the Sacred Ointment Couch being exposed to the general public.

The video from Klinkenbeard is a few pages back. She recorded her normal stuff including the fight reaction materials. Grunts and such. Sabat took her work product recordings and re-edited them with a porn music soundtrack and the sound of mattress springs creaking, thus creating audio porn. This was her first job for Funi. It’s worth watching the video. Colleen might not be as so,idly Astro Sabat, pro KV as it seems. There were some little tells even in that 10 year old video that let know know it still upset her, even if she would never openly say that.

Monica claims the context of the tweet was that she was afraid of Naldony's arrest records were gonna get out. Let's pretend for a second that make's any sense.

The first person I saw who even found and brought it up was Terez27. Both her and Monica follow each other. She is one of Geekdom's toadies. And is also friends with Dominique Skye. So it was the Kick Vic side who at first and continues to try and discredit Naldony's statements.

One of Dominque's friends is also the one who started the idea that Naldony's account was "hacked." She also won't provide proof, or at least didn't last time I checked.
